Description of Work: In regards to the negative comment above about painting and such, this lady is my neighbor and she is a complete NUT! One minute she's smiling and the next she's breaking something or throwing something. She has split (negative) personalities. So if she said anything crazy about Kingdom Builders it' propably a lie. We called them about a week after they left "Crazy Susan" and they did a great job on our drywall repair and texture and our painting. Will be using them again when needed.

I hired an outfit calling itself "Kingdom Trust" to make some minor structural repairs on the soffit of my house. From talking to the man who showed up to do the job, the firm had a charitable / religious connection of some sort. (He showed up with a young Latin American "orphan" as a helper.) When the job was finished, it looked acceptable (though there were a few noticeable gaps) from down on the ground. Later, when I climbed up on the roof, I saw that the part of the flat roof above the repaired area was now sunken a bit. The repair to the soffit below had somehow damaged the roof above. Several years later, we bought custom kitchen cabinets and countertops at the Lowe's store in Rolla, MO. The crew who showed up to install the cabinets seemed like amateurs. They installed drawer pulls and door handles incorrectly, gouged a sizeable hole in the formica countertop, knocked a hole in the kitchen wall, and messed up the patch-and-paint jobs they performed to cover the mistakes they had made. Then their "foreman" showed up to inspect the work. It was the same man who had performed the soffit repairs years earlier. The crew was not part of the Lowe's company but a subcontracted outfit. I ran them off. Eventually, a pair of Lowe's employees came out to finish the job and attempt to cover up the earlier mistakes. PS: If a company charges a moderate fee for a job performed poorly, can that charge be defined as "Fair"?
Description of Work: My house has a flat roof with an overhang of several feet in the back of the house. The wooden soffit in one area was rotten and needed to be replaced. A handyman and his young helper from "Kingdom Trust" performed the repair. They cut out the old wooden 2x6 boards of the soffit and replaced them. Years later, a crew from the same outfit--but without the name Kingdom Trust--tried to install kitchen cabinets and countertops. The cabinets and countertops got installed but the details like doors, drawers, and hardware was not completed.

Horrible experience, do not waste your time. Bids low to get jobs and then tries to get in and out as quick as possible to get your money and run. If there is a short cut to be taken, rest assured he will take it! Hired to paint kitchen cabinets and did ZERO prep work on old cabinets. Came in with a sprayer and painted without priming or sanding so the paint could be scraped off with my fingernail....not to mention overprayed on walls he had just painted. Ending up doing it all over myself.

They had their guys out their 2 days later. They were very nice and polite. They do not curse and keep a clean safe work place. Everything was given to us to choose from. Like windows, back door, type of ceiling fan and paint. This made us feel like we were a big part of the project. They finished our sunroom 2 days ealier than expected. We are very ha ppy with them. I will gladly be calling them back for future projects.
Description of Work: We had called them to see if we could get an estimate on having a 14'x16' sun room added onto house. Not only did they give us a free estimate that same day; but lowered the price from the other bids we had got by 15% off. That helped us out a lot!
