Description of Work: they sold carpet that somebody else installed. There were some miscommunications early on, but were remedied.

+ -1 moreWe had picked out linoleum. They sent out an inspector before they put the flooring down. When we put the glue down, some of the flooring bubbled up. They actually came back right away and ripped up the flooring. They put the floor back down with a hammer, and this time there were hammer marks and dents into the floor. I called them again to tell them about this. I left for Florida and while I was gone they came back again and replaced it. It looks beautiful. I can't think of any flooring company that stand behind their work this way. They were so apologetic that they had inconvenienced me. I was astonished. I would highly recommend them.
