+ -1 moreWe have called them to follow up. They have been no-shows for both Friday and Monday. We have tried to call in and Ashley (states she is the manager) refuses to let us speak to the owner. Her tone of voice is unprofessional and rude. She has said they have other people scheduled and can not get to us. She told me that I should find someone else to fix my problem and hung up on me. They did give us a 30 day guarantee, but obviously did not stick to it.
Description of Work: We were having problems with the defrosting on the fridge and with water coming into the refrigeration side and also down from the ice maker on the refrigeration side. The service man said the part would fix all of the issues, along with adjusting another part to fix the water going into the ice maker. It did fix part of the problem, but it did not fix the water going into the refrigeration side or the ice maker.
