It took 3 weeks for a plumber to check sump pump, plumber came out and saw the sump pump wasn't engaging so he vacuumed out water and debris and then filled the hole back up halfway with water and noticed the sump pump did not kick in on its own so he lifted up the float to force the sump pump to work. Tried to call them back in to actually fix the issue but the secretary just claimed they fixed the issue and starting arguing instead of offering to send a person to check it out again. When we finally came to an agreement that someone would come out the next day they then failed to show up the the property two separate days when they said they would and when tried to call back they would not answer. Escalated to insurance company and reporting to BBB for being a horrible business. Save your money and go somewhere else where your problems will actually be fixed and customer support is actually worth conversating with. They charged $65 to come out and vacuum the sump pump
Description of Work: Sump pump floater not properly working. Does not engage regardless of water level.

I called and asked for a "rough estimate" and was told $50-$500 depending on the amount of time and work involved. I called several other companies in the area and was told $200 and up. I called back and they sent a service man right over and he completed the job in a couple hours and was very polite and professional. Next time they will be my one and only call.
Description of Work: My dishwasher was leaking and my floor in my kitchen was soaked to the point there was standing water on carpet. The serviceman took out my dishwasher and fixed the leak within a couple hours.

I called them. They showed up the next day. Never gave me an estimate. Showed up the next week. Repaired the leak. They were only there 3 to 4 hours tops. I get a bill the next week for $700. Come on $700. Thats ridiculous. Also they left with MY shovel. By the way, I think that was an accident. The service guys were nice enough. I just feel this business really sticks it to the little guy! They charge me over $200 for equipment charge while charging me $50 an hour for the guy on it, hich I feel is a double charge. I have hired equipment operators in the past and hourly charge always included the operator. I hope nobody else gets fleeced by these guys. If you do use them, MAKE sure they give you an estimate in charges!
Description of Work: I had a supply line water leak between the water meter and my house.
