It went really well. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Ray was most courteous and helpful in offering suggestions for the work we wanted done. He is a very hard worker and worked from morning until night usually with no lunch or breaks. We would stop him to offer water or a cold drink on the really hot days. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and skilled with his equipment. He also told us everything he was doing as it progressed to be sure it was exactly what we wanted. We have gotten more compliments on his work and skills from other people around the lake. We will definitely use him again when the need arises. We are from Illinois and this is our summer home. It is hard to find people to work in this area and we thank God we found him.

He costed me several thousand dollars because he was messing around. He wouldn't collect his equipment from my property after I fired him. i had to threaten to charge him rent for him to get his stuff off my property. His backhoe and bobcat. It shouldn't have costed me so much and I'm still not done with the project. I fired him last August. I have some hilly areas next to a plain and I wanted to control the water runoff on my property and it was a nightmare. He's not professional, you couldn't count on him and some of the dirt that he brought me, it had construction trash in it and I lost it right about then. I cut him off immediately. If you speak to anyone who has ever used him they will have the same problems. He was supposed to do a demolition for the city last Fall and there was a new building built fairly close to the old building he was supposed to demolish. He ended up pulling out one of the cable wires and the whole building collapsed right on the new building. He is a walking liability. I would warn people not to use him.
