Glenn's Garage Doors

Thoroughly professional. Could not be happier start to finish. Glenn worked us in to his schedule and got same-day service. Problem was a broken wire in the wall / ceiling for one of the door safety sensors. The wire was apparently damaged in new construction and eventually failed, preventing the door opener from functioning properly. The cause of the problem was quickly diagnosed and while it could not be accessed to replace it, Glenn routed replacement wires in such a way as to make them very unobtrusive. He also performed an operational check of both my garage doors to make sure there were no other issues. Temps were 97 deg F with a heat index well over 100; worse in the attic over the garage. I supplied him plenty of ice water and Glenn got the job done quickly. Cost was MUCH less than I expected: just a $98 service call. He did NOT try to sell me anything - just was there to fix my problem. Selected Glenn based on other AL reviews. He's my "go-to" guy for any future problems like this.

My initial call was returned immediately. Appt. was made just days away and they were there on time. VERY nice people. GREAT service! Definitely will use again.

Showed up on time and within 1 day of calling them for service. Fixed the doors correctly the first time and billed accordingly. I will hire them every time I need garage door or opener work!

I left a message and they returned my call within 15 minutes. I was told they could send someone out the same afternoon to look at my door. They called me when they were on the way and also told me the name of the service person who would be showing up. They showed up on time, analyzed the problem. ordered the part and told me when it would be in. I told them what time I could be home that day. They showed up on the day the part came in at the time that accomodated my schedule and installed the new part. My door is repaired and the customer service was great-very impressed (and usually I am not impressed but rather frustrated).It was a job very well done! .
