Basement leaked again the first time it rained

Chris and Hunter were right on time and did a very professional job. It turned out better than I imagined it would. Pricing was a little high, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Lee, Camryn, and Skylar was the installation crew. They kept in contact throughout the install letting me know how things were going, answered questions, and even stayed late to get the job done in one day. Highly recommend!

I called on Monday and Tahlor came on Thursday and replaced a 20 year old pump they had installed with their waterproofing system. He also identified an additional problem, showed us the problem and explained what they could do to fix it. Tahlor was extremely nice to work with and left us a bid for the additional work which we have accepted.

The team was kind, professional and knowledgeable. They completed the job promptly and now two months and several rain storms later, we have zero leaks and no water in our basement.

They were very good workers, very polite, cleaned everything well, even went over and above what we expected. Very pleased!

They did a great job from start to finish, explaining the problem, providing the solution, scheduling the work at a reasonable date, calling with any updates and completing the work when they promised. Everything was seamless, timely, and extremely high quality work. I was beyond impressed with everything from scheduling, to cleanliness of the worksite, to job completion and follow up. Very professional, very detailed and the issue was resolved to date!

Arrived as scheduled, explained what was being done, completed work in a timely manner, cleaned up area, went over work completed, and asked if I had any questions about work done. All of the technicians were very courteous.

Started out sketchy, project was to start September 1 & 2 but no one showed up until I called them to ask where were they, and unfortunately due to COVID 19, the crew was out sick with virus. They rescheduled for Sept 7 & 8 and they arrived when stated and did a great job! They guaranteed waterproofing for life time; no water coming into my basement. Very pleased with the service.
