Two very nice salesman came out to give us an estimate. They had all kinds of fancy equipment, spinning lasers and the like. They also had videos to explain the work they wanted to do. They said we needed piers on 3 sides of our house, and mud jacking in the center. $30,000 estimate. The next day another company came out to give us an estimate. He told us that the cracks in our walls were normal for a 30 year old house, the majority of them we at sheet rock joints and the damage in the center stairway was from buckling and not from the foundation sinking. Consequently, we hired a Structural Engineer to give us an evaluation of our foundation. He recommended that no piers were needed and all we needed to do was fix drainage problems to get the water away from the foundation.

This is one of the few companies that actually do and back up what they say! Everything turned out great! We are 100% satisfied! Everyone involved in our project were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, worked very efficiently, professionally and everyone went out of their way to make sure that everything was done correctly and we were satisfied! This company is a well oiled running machine that provides a top notch service!!!

The workmen were professional and worked within a meaningful time frame. The preparation of the spaces for piers was done well. The reseeding and preparation for regrowth of lawn where it was disturbed was excellent. I appreciate the work that was done.

Someone came out Immediately and evaluated the situation and gave a quote the next Day and got the work scheduled right away. The workers were efficient, and I have not had a problem since the work was completed. Very impressed with the company. It was actually recommended by another person they had done work for.

They were very thorough in assessing the problems and giving a reasonable quote. Due to some weather issues with other work they had to do at other locations my appointment was moved up 1 month so I was very please with that. The crew that came out to do the work were very professional and polite. They arrived on time and communicated the whole process with ease.

I have used Foundation Recovery Systems before. This time, as before they provided fast, professional service. They completed repairs and stabilization of my foundation in the time specified, did an excellent job, cleaned up the area and every employee was very courteous. The Salesman was very nice and honest in explaining that they don't do epoxy wall crack treatment and explained why. I felt like he was honest and didn't try to up sell me to a larger fix. Would consider them for sure if we needed larger foundation repairs.

They promised that after the work was completed my floor would be level, but it is not. Also, they completely destroyed the heating vent in my dining room.

The install was very well done. The team that came in were very professional and worked hard to make sure to keep the mess to a minimum.

We were very pleased. They were so friendly and got it done in just 2 days and worked in really cold weather. we are really glad we had it done.

They came and looked at the crack and told me that they didn't do that kind of work. That they wanted to install a sump pump to drain off the water. When I said that I didn't want that expense for a minor problem so the inspector left. Nice guy but I didn't have them do any work and I don't know why they would say they completed a project for me when no such project ever took place. I never hired them for any work. I can't say if I would hire them again because I never hired them in the first place. I really can't review work that was never done.

We are greatly satisfied with the work that was done. Was a little nervous a few months back when we got so much rain. But everything went well. Thanks again!
