It went very quickly and the crew were so efficient.

Two very nice salesman came out to give us an estimate. They had all kinds of fancy equipment, spinning lasers and the like. They also had videos to explain the work they wanted to do. They said we needed piers on 3 sides of our house, and mud jacking in the center. $30,000 estimate. The next day another company came out to give us an estimate. He told us that the cracks in our walls were normal for a 30 year old house, the majority of them we at sheet rock joints and the damage in the center stairway was from buckling and not from the foundation sinking. Consequently, we hired a Structural Engineer to give us an evaluation of our foundation. He recommended that no piers were needed and all we needed to do was fix drainage problems to get the water away from the foundation.

The workmen were professional and worked within a meaningful time frame. The preparation of the spaces for piers was done well. The reseeding and preparation for regrowth of lawn where it was disturbed was excellent. I appreciate the work that was done.

Someone came out Immediately and evaluated the situation and gave a quote the next Day and got the work scheduled right away. The workers were efficient, and I have not had a problem since the work was completed. Very impressed with the company. It was actually recommended by another person they had done work for.

This is one of the few companies that actually do and back up what they say! Everything turned out great! We are 100% satisfied! They were very thorough in assessing the problems and giving a reasonable quote. Due to some weather issues with other work they had to do at other locations my appointment was moved up 1 month so I was very please with that. The crew that came out to do the work were very professional and polite. They arrived on time and communicated the whole process with ease.

Foundation Repair leveled the decks flawlessly. On top of that, both on-site teams, quoting and install communicated clearly. The install team worked diligently. Both recognized I had problems with previous mudjacking and helped me understand why their new PolyRenewal system would be more effective. Couldn't be happier with product or services. The Salesman was very nice and honest in explaining that they don't do epoxy wall crack treatment and explained why. I felt like he was honest and didn't try to up sell me to a larger fix. Would consider them for sure if we needed larger foundation repairs.

The salesman said it would be installed in a certain area, the installation crew disagreed and installed where they thought best. Bottom line, it did not fix the problem I have with water coming in to my basement.

They came and looked at the crack and told me that they didn't do that kind of work. That they wanted to install a sump pump to drain off the water. When I said that I didn't want that expense for a minor problem so the inspector left. Nice guy but I didn't have them do any work and I don't know why they would say they completed a project for me when no such project ever took place. I never hired them for any work. I can't say if I would hire them again because I never hired them in the first place. I really can't review work that was never done.

Great experience getting evaluation and bid. Very professional and informative about the work to be done. Contract was signed and down payment made. Move forward to work: Two men started drilling holes all over my patio to fill and raise. Immediately small cracks appeared, they stopped moved to another area continued same cracks, moved ect. Cut house flashing away exposing raw material to avoid breaking the siding, multi small cracks in the concrete they decided they couldn’t do any more. Leaving well over half the job incomplete. Agreed with their decision due to further damage. Was told it probably would save us money by doing less work. Contrary, it was well over contract amount as originally told. Explained to me by office that contact changed due to work done, calculated by material and labor??? So less work, material, damage, and unresolved finished cost more. And because work wasn’t as contract stated, warranty void. Be aware!

They promised that after the work was completed my floor would be level, but it is not. Also, they completely destroyed the heating vent in my dining room.

Sales rep who set up the project and crew who did the project were both good to work with and were competent. Would recommend company to others without hesitation.

Service was as described, no problems.
