 + 1 moreThis was a very small job and done in under an hour. We had a doorframe which had come loose and needed to be put back in place. I called Jim after 9 pm on a Wednesday night and by 9 am the next morning it was fixed. Jim was highly professional and on time, and the doorframe is definitely in working order. We will be using him again!

 + 1 moreJim examined areas we wanted fixed, gave us a fair price and timeline to do the job......Once he got into the work, found out was going to be much more than we both realized, ended up having all water lines replaced, and wall between, kitchen and bathroom totally replaced, front bathroom vanity wall and vanity replaced. Had to take all the kitchen cabinets out, and replace walls due to all the water leaks and mold.... As we went along he was sure to discuss what he found and what would take to repair or replace. New work orders were agreed upon before any work was done. Had a small slow down, due to rain, and then he had a health problem, that could not be helped, but he made sure the work that could be done was, till he got back on his feet.....All in all work was done in an appropriate time according to all the work that had to be completed...He went above and beyond what needed to be accomplished, and even did a few extra things that were very appreciated.....
Description of Work: plumbing, replacing walls, redo bathroom, replace kitchen floor and cover bathroom floor, fix leak in upper deck, repair outside area

 + 1 moreWent very well..had an issue with kitchen sink, was broken on corner, they immediately returned (out of town", got the replacement and job completed! They hauled off the old, cleaned up after themselves with each project they did. Will definitely call them again! Very professional team!
Description of Work: 3 rooms painted....one room needed a little ceiling/wall repair. New kitchen sink installed along with garbage disposal and dish washer.

 + 3 moreWonderful. Communication regarding tasks and my preferences refreshing. Excellent guidance in ways to most efficiently complete each task. Hands on help in assisting with needed purchases. Very, very respectful of our home. And finally, did not leave a mess for me to clean up.
Description of Work: base boards, caulking; general finish work: hanging mirrors, closet organizers; interior paint; winterizing exterior of home; putting together TV console with fireplace insert; moved furniture, took stuff to storage; numerous small jobs as they came up.
