We walked in to the shop, found our own way to the flooring showroom and looked around for about 10-15 minutes. During that entire period, no one said anything to us, nor could we find anyone to ask about prices or installation costs. Since they were apparently not interested in our business, we walked back out (still with no acknowledgement from any of the staff) and ended up hiring another local company.
