Description of Work: He was kind, courteous, and did more than was necessary. It was the best experience with a carpet cleaner I have had. When he came and saw no furniture, he even discounted the price below what he initially quoted.

+ -1 moreTheir rep got here early, was ready to do as soon as we were We reviewed what rooms to do, and he got set up and started. Do be sure you are on the same page as to what carpets to do, and the approx. price. The do measure the rooms to get the square footage by which they charge. The cleaning itself was great. They got out a couple of stains we could not get our with our carpet cleaning machine (non-professional model), and did everything they were asked to do. Really happy with the results again this year, and we will almost for sure use them again this year. Their representative was prompt, courteous, and did his job without supervision, we just showed him what we wanted cleaned and he did it.
Description of Work: We used Magic Carpet Cleaning last year and then again this year, because we were so pleased with their original performance. We employed them to clean carpets and the carpeted stairs in 4 rooms plus the landing.
