 + -1 moreMommens shows up on time and treats your house like it belongs to their mom. They will not quit til the job is done and you are happy. Several years ago they replaced my mother in laws furnace and it kept acting up. Christmas day it flat out quit. I called into the office and left a message for when they returned and was shocked to receive a call within a few hours. They even came out that night, Christmas night! Turned out the furnace had a faulty control unit which Mommens replaced and my mother in law had no more issues. We trust them so much we have called them to ask who they would recommend for other work around the house.
Description of Work: We had just bought our house and wanted the furnace and ac unit checked to insure they were in proper working order.

Description of Work: We have a geothermal system and the the automatic emergency heating light was coming on and off. I had them come out and check the system to make sure it was operating correctly. Minor adjustments were made, the system was checked out and a little instruction received and the service call was complete.

 + -1 moreI met with the salesman to discuss my needs and budget. A week or so later I got the quote and called with questions. In discussing it with him, I decided I wanted my quote revised for a better/more expensive system. I never received an updated quote. I called back two more times and had to leave a message both times, but never received a call back or response of any kind either time.
Description of Work: Consultation and discussion of needs/budget.

 + -1 more3 estimates were takin on the installation of a new furnace and ac including new duct work thru out the house, they came and looked at the job,questions were asked about what kind of furnace and ac was best for the size of our house,the placing of the cold air return and if it was better for the duct work to be in the floor or in the ceiling. We never recieved a phone call back from the company on the price of the installation.
Description of Work: never returned phone call on the estimate for the job he came and looked at.
