+ -1 moreIt went excellent. They returned my initial call in a timely manner, and an appointment was set up. The driver called the day of the appointment to let us know he was on his way. He arrived on time. He was professional and personable. The company also offers a senior discount which is very helpful at this time. We are definitely going to use them again.

They did the job well and fast. What made me go with them as oppose to another pumping company is the reviews that I read on Angie’s List.

+ -1 moreShelby showed up promptly. Explained what he was doing as he worked. Brought his own water hose to hose inside of septic tank after suctioning to remove 100% of tank contents. Will definitely use this company again.

+ -1 moreJim showed up a little late, but the timing worked better for my schedule so I was not bothered by it. He completely pumped our tank and properly installed an access port to make future clean outs easier and the tank more accessible. He took the time to carefully plan out his route for getting the very large tank truck through our yard and to our septic tank so that he did not damage our yard, plumbing and well. He was very professional, advised us on proper septic care and when we should have our tank pumped again.

+ -1 moreI checked here on Angie's List for businesses that cleaned Septic Tanks as I called a few in the yellow pages and they would never return my phone calls. I loved that S & S answered my phone call the FIRST time, I didn't have to leave a message! They also set an appointment to come out and gave me an hour time frame which was appreciated. I don't like when companies say between 8 and noon or noon and 5. He told me between 9 and 10 and he was there a little after 9:30! Everything went smooth from start to finish. When I need service again I will call them!

Description of Work: Super friendly, they came out on a Sunday when our septic tank was overflowing and did not charge us any extra. The gentleman left his boat at the lake to come and help us out.
