My experience with them was excellent. Everything was perfect. They were very thorough and kept in touch. Everything is well done. I am very pleased. I have dealt with them before about 3 or 4 years ago. I got the same great treatment that I did this time. I just wish the girl would have told me about one incident that I am not real happy with the shade. I also had a shade put in, but it is difficult to operate it. When I have to remove it, I am going to have to have a little talent trying to move it down. I am older and her telling me would have been appreciated. Everything else went very well. I think I have found someone who already said they can do it for me. Everything is really almost perfect. It might just be me being a little afraid to tackle the shade. I had someone look at it and they said they could do it for me without a problem. The price was very comparable with anyone else. I would use them again in the future.
