This is an amazing company from the bid to the end of the install. Our installer ran into some issues and worked two very long days! Never seemed frustrated or upset. There was a lot of leg work needed that was unknown an there was no extra charges for that work.

Very good service and good work done by Chris and Andrew. Both were very helpful with the replacement of the old shower.

This is an expensive ;process but the expertise of the installer and the timeliness of the process was worth it to us.

Chris was our installer and he did an AMAZING job and our sales guy Dave came by to make sure everything was going as planned. I would highly recommend them, worrh every penny. They left leaving the bathroom clean and not a trace that they had been there.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The sales representative was professional, knowledgeable, and did not pressure the sale. The plumber and the installer on the day of the project were also very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The best part is that the final finished product more than exceeded my expectations!

We had an unusual size shower base with old tile and hardware. They came out and measured, gave us a price and set an appointment about 10 day later. Plumber arrived 15 minutes early (which was great) and got on the task. Was finished in about 45 minutes. The shower Uninstaller/Installer showed up about 20 minutes later and was finished in about 4.5 hours. The entire project was finished in about 5 hours and we were able to use our new shower in 24 hours. It looks Awesome and works Great!

The whole project (installing a walk in shower to replace a tub/shower) was outstanding. The two individuals that worked on the project one a plumber and the other the shower installer were very professional and friendly and certainly knew what they were doing. They got the job done in one day and did a great job of cleaning up afterward. I am quite impressed with Bath Fitter.
