He arrived on time. Worked for almost 8 hours without a break. Was very personable. Explained everything and left it all cleaned up and ready to go! He was terrific!

When they ask for photos, make sure to send a photo of the entire tub area. Not just the damaged area. They asked for pictures of the crack. That's what I sent. When they arrived I was charged another $150.00 because there was a back splash around the tub. But the service technician, John. Was very polite and professional. I don't blame him for the extra charge. The sales guy just didn't ask enough questions to give me an accurate quote. We'll see about the value. They wouldn't guarantee the tub wouldn't re-crack. If the tub cracks, it was a complete waste of time and money. $1,200.00 for the whole soaker tub and surrounding fitted pieces and backsplash.

We hired them to replace an oversize shower in our basement, and they performed wonderfully. The workmanship is terrific, and trim work looks marvelous and it was done in one day, like they say. The work included leveling some peaking concrete, moving the drain a short distance and fixing a leak on the drain stack ... all this on the day of New Year's Eve. We are extremely happy with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their kind of work. They overperformed by not only doing what they promised but doing it ahead of schedule exactly for the quoted amount.

The entire team is professional and friendly. They are respectful of your home and do quality work. Weâ ve hired them to do three bathrooms.

The plumber Brian and installer Ian both answered all my questions. They asked me how I wanted the wall liner installed and did as I asked.

Fast professional install, competent and customer friendly employees. Had one small issue and they came out within 24 hours and resolved the issue. A literal five minute fix but handled with cheerfulness and competence even though a regular plumber/installer would have found the repair barely worth their time. I would hire them again in a minute.

They did a really good job replacing a bathtub with a walk-in shower. There were a few complications with the drain but everything looks great.
