Were quick to respond and give me a quote and I had a new bath tub within 2 weeks. They cleaned up the whole area nicely and it has a lifetime warranty! Tub looks great.

Completed in one day. Installer was very nice and did job very well. I agree it's pricey, but it is very nice shower.

They replaced the glass shower enclosure. It turned out great, wish we would have called them a long time ago!

It was advertised as having a non slip floor on this shower, when wet the floor is very slippery. The install was done very efficiently and the installer worked alone and completed everything in record time.

From customer service to the one-day installation I have nothing negative to say about this company & the people they hire to do their installations. They removed a 50-year old bathtub & replaced it with a wall-to-wall (72" ) shower. The work was flawless, the workers were professional and cordial, and there wasn't as much as a flake of dust remaining after they cleaned up. This was the FOURTH company I had come in for estimates. They outbid their competitors and impressed me with their sincerity right from the start. I guess you can tell by now I highly recommend Bath Fitters.

Excellent in every way. Were prompt and finished the entire job in one day and cleaned up afterward! Would highly recommend them. Their product appears to be good.

great customer service,prompt on install day, great job and cleaned up well after done. i did think they were a little high on cost but i definitly think they were worth it!
