Their sales rep (Anna) was extremely well prepared and made an impressive and outstanding presentation. Other two firms who provided quotes were just as competitive but I felt they provided best offer for us.

STL Design and Build has been a pleasure to work with. From initial quote to install, the team has been very professional and very knowledgeable. Our project manager Mike has helped us navigate permit issues and everything turned out great. We would highly recommend!

We hired STL DIrect to replace windows and sliders in our home and we are so happy with the results. The quality of the windows and doors are excellent. From our Sales Rep Cheryl ,to the Installer Hannah and Project Manager Mike we received great customer service. I plan to contact STL Direct for any future home projects.

Everyone I dealt with from Tracy the sales Rep, Mike the Project Manager, Mark who came out and measured and Hannah who installed the windows were great. No pressure from Tracy to buy. He went over the whole process and what I could expect from the windows regarding insulation and about how long it would take to get the windows. Mike kept me up to date when the windows arrived and setup the installation date. Mark came to measure and answered any questions I had regarding what I needed to have ready as far as space near the windows and what to remove from my windows. Hannah the person who installed my windows could not have been more helpful explaining what she would be doing and was open to any additional questions I had. Hannah was very efficient, neat and just overall knowledgeable about the product and great customer service. I had 3 basement windows and my kitchen window replaced. I am just very very pleased with St. Louis Windows Direct which is part of St. Louis Design & Build just a different division. I will definitely use them again for the rest of my windows and doors.

Hired STL D&B to replace a failing, old deck. New deck was built perfectly and beautifully but there was an issue with the manufacture of the composite. Once informed of the issue STL D&B went above and beyond to contact manufacturer and get us new composite and re-deck. Becky (Deck Team Lead) is very polite and amazing, making sure we were informed at every step of the build. Aaron and Brandon (Deck Build Team) are, hands down, the BEST build team, making sure everything was perfect and taking time to get my input on their ideas for the build. Rob (Sales) is just an all-around great guy, not your typical "pushy sales bro", he took the time to listen to what we wanted and offered up solutions and recommendations to fit our vision. I will be hiring STL D&B again for future projects and fully appreciate everything they have done for me and my family.

The builders that constructed my new deck were beyond great! They were so knowledgeable and would strive for perfection. My deck turned out beautiful and beyond my expectations!!

The crew was polite, courteous and did a great job! The lead quickly responded via call or text promptly when we had questions or concerns. The composite deck and aluminum railings are beautiful and it turned out better than we expected. I would highly recommend them!

We had a wonderful experience with STL Design from the removal of our old deck and replacement with a new composite deck. They were professional and responsive to our requests. We will definitely consider using them again for another project.

Friendly but not the cheapest

STL Design & Build constructed a gorgeous deck off our kitchen and replaced windows and installed door to deck. The workmanship was excellent - well established and talented crews, built on time, and right on budget. Very impressed with the workmanship and also the quality of the materials (from wood framing, decking to windows and door. Very enjoyable experience. Great, great company. Reliable, honest, and professional.

STL Design and Build was a great group of folks to work with. They arrived on time, worked hard and finished the job in a timely fashion. The resulting deck is lovely and appealing and I can hardly wait for warmer weather. I highly recommend them.

After interviewing various contractors, I went with STL Design and Build as I felt they would provide excellent customer service. I was not disappointed. Not only did they do fantastic work, but I was also met with polite and professional workers and was given invaluable advice as to what would work best in our home. STL Design and Build did our kitchen remodel, replaced the flooring in our family room with beautiful hardwood, and created an additional laundry room for us on our second floor. I am ecstatic with the results. The next project they will be doing for us is the bathroom in the master bedroom. I know we will be in good hands :)

very pleased with installers, management ,product and quality

STL Design & Build just completed my kitchen remodel and the finished results exceeded my expectations. Throughout the whole process, they were very professional, informative and always willing to go above and beyond. Iâ ve already started talks with them about doing a deck remodel next Spring/Summer and will be calling them for any other future home remodeling projects.

You may have read this already because Iâ m posting it wherever I can think of. Iâ ll say it again. STL Design & Build are great to work with. Tom, Bill, and their whole crew are imaginative, practical, and responsible. They never try to upsell and do all they can to make you happy. I will go to them for all my projects.

They were on time they got the work done in one day windows were measured and put in correctly with no issues very pleased with Don and James they did an awesome job the company was wonderful customer service was wonderful everything about it was wonderful very very pleased

We had an amazing experience working with St. Louis Design and Build on a bathroom remodel. Everyone we worked with was really helpful and timely from the beginning to the end of our project. The design team really took the time to understand what we wanted. They suggested less pricey material options to use when available. We got a great financing option with the company and the contractors were timely and professional. We were stressed just thinking about starting this project but the whole process was seamless and broken into do-able steps. We LOVE the finished product and recommend this company to anyone!
