The quality of work was great and the crew was friendly, professional, and very good to work with. However, when it comes to customer follow up they need to improve. We had a slight problem with the outcome of our project and we made it known to the team. They acknowledged it but didn't quite take the corrective action I would have expected. In any case, this really is only a minor issue and I would gladly recommend them to others seeking to improve their home.

I had gotten a couple estimates on remodeling my 2 bathrooms. One was from Bath Fitters and the other from STL Design & Build. I was very impressed with the knowledge of my salesman, Mark, and I was very surprised when his estimate came in less than Bath Fitters. The materials, in my opinion, were much better looking and I believe added more value to my home than the BF's surround. Everyone that I worked with at STL Design &Build were very courteous, arrived when scheduled, worked very hard and did an awesome job! They did everything I asked of them and more; and I would highly recommend STL Design & Build for any home remodeling project you may have.

We only worked with Tom, Cheryl and Chris. All were very likable people and accommodating. At no one's fault, a couple of things came in from the cabinet company wrong, but Tom gladly fixed them. The experience had its ups and downs as did we and the owner. However, in the end, the design and looks of these rooms are impeccable.

I have been dreaming of a new kitchen for 15 years. With the help and knowledge of STL Design and Rebuild I got it. From our first meeting with Tom and Cheryl in planning our project, to the demo and completion of my beautiful kitchen in 5 short weeks my husband and I am more than thrilled with the out come. Our 88 year old home never looked so good. Thanks to the construction crew Scott, Dion, Chris, John and Kenny I miss you all and give you a thumbs up for a job well done. Thanks again for making a project that could have be a nightmare to a dream come true!!

Also painted the cabinets and walls in the kitchen and the dining room. The entire crew was professional and very easy to work with. They kept me aware of all the steps along the process. I'm thrilled with my kitchen!!!

The Pros at STL Design and Build were experienced and completed the deck in a timely manner considering how much rain we had. The work and materials are high quality and the pros were easy to work with. We LOVE our new deck.

We could not be happier with our new bathroom. It was a complete gut job to make it handicap accessible. Cheryl and Ken know all about these needs. Tom was there every step of the way to help us realize our dream bathroom. We had to do a little improvising mid way thru and STL and the crew were eager to make it happen. We are having them do our hall bathroom in the spring. Can't wait to start our next journey with STL.

STL helped me design a very difficult space. I could not be any happier with the quality and the service. The staff was friendly and always available to answer any questions. We interviewed other companies before choosing STL Design and chose them because they were definitely the most knowledgeable, professional and cost competitive. Tom and Ken made great suggestions in the design and were readily available whenever we had questions. The workers, Tim and Mo, worked hard and did a very professional job. They also made sure the site was clean as possible at the end of each day which was much appreciated. We would highly recommend STL Design and hope to use them in the future in our kitchen.

The work, quality, and care was impeccable! Tom Levinson personally helped guide me through the entire bathroom remodel from demolition to completion. Great example of what professional service should be: Skilled and knowledgeable, punctual and courteous, workers were well supervised, flexible working with changes or issues that arise, outstanding customer service from the office staff and front line workers. We had the best experience with STL Design and Build. Before we even signed the contract, they were able to design the exact replica of how our new kitchen, family room and living room would look like with cutting edge technology. This was not done by any of the other contractors who gave us bids. Right off the bat we knew we were in good hands. We had our kitchen, living and family room completely remodeled. It was a big job and we could not be happier with the results. The installers/crew were very professional and clean. They were at the house everyday and for our huge project done in 6 weeks! Their work was impeccable and I tend to be picky! Soon they will be back at our house to do the bathrooms. The owner Tom is very knowledgeable and helps you every step of the way. He is amazing. I recommend anyone to stop looking for a contractor and hire STL Build and Design. Their prices are right on point (if not lower) than everyone else and their knowledge and service is unbelievable!

I had my lower level built and added MAJOR 2 room addition. I expanded my first floor and enlarged my kitchen, added a 2nd floor with a new master suite and bathroom. I couldn't be any happier. The service has been outstanding and the price was very reasonable. I spoke with several contractors before I met with STL Design. I was referred to them by a friend who had worked with them on their addition. Their have an extensive history and their experience was obvious. I am so glad I had them do remodeling and additions. They cleaned up everyday, kept me informed as to the project and was always accessible. I will definitely use them again for our next project and would recommend them highly to anyone.

I had several projects that I needed taken care of ASAP. I had STL Design and Build do the work for me and I could not be happier. Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and punctual. The work they did is beautiful, plus it was completed in a very timely manner. I had STL remodel my basement and had them back to remodel my bathroom. I couldn't be any happier. They showed up on time, cleaned up everyday and did a beautiful job with the tile work and inserts. Fantastic job and thank you for the great work.
