Gret attention to detail. Very thorough. Ken is a true professional and is kept quite busy in coordinating suppliers and work teams. We. would have liked better communication with customer service, however, given the totality of the work, effort and quality, this seemed a minor issue throughout the project

The STL Design and Build team did a great job replacing my worn and deteriorating deck. The new deck is wonderful with beautiful, strong and durable Tigerwood planking and railings. The team led by Alex on sales, Aaron (team leader) and Lewis (foreman) were hard working; and made my wife and me very happy with the results. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a quality build.

The work was started quicker than we figured, the work was finished in less time than we figured. All work mess was cleaded up and carried off daily. Demolition was not as messy as we feared and the company kept the mess contained as much as possible.

STL Design and Build helped to design this bathroom for my 92 year old mother. Quality materials and labor has made this remodel fantastic. The best thing about the remodel is that my mother has regained bathing independence! As a caregiver, the remodel has made my job easier and organized.

They do not know how work with tigarwood. The deck is destroyed and they wont fix it.

The design team was very friendly and professional. They listened to what we wanted and made strong suggestions to make it work. The project manager and staff were always available to respond quickly to any questions or concerns that we had, no matter how small. The labor sub-contractor was very efficient and did immaculate work. We are very pleased with the work, the price, and our new master bathroom.

These folks rock! Very friendly and professional. The bath products they install look great and they did great work on the rest of the bathroom remodel. I can understand why they are busy but once they started the project it was completed quickly. Thanks!

Sales person great, the staff awesome but the carpenter was lazy and unpredictable when he’d show. Totally not impressed and would not recommend.

I'm pretty particular and we were VERY impressed with the quality of their workmanship. Their crew was experienced, polite, punctual and finished the project early. They were patient in answering any questions I had and truly cared about doing a quality job. We were thrilled with the end result and will absolutely use them for our future home projects! If you have a home project and want to have a hassle free experience at a reasonable cost, I highly recommend STL Design & Build.

Two great crew members worked late in the evening several times to complete our job. We made minor revisions after signing contract and were accommodated without a problem. A kitchen makeover which involved repainting the cabinetry was done with amazing results. We couldn't be more pleased. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

They did a beautiful job on the new basement. We made some changes along the way and they were very amiable. Fun and pleasant working with them. Planning another project with them.

STL Desgn and Build did a great job on our main floor half bath. They were professional and efficient.

We hired STL Design & Build to replace our existing deck with a new low maintenance deck. They handled the whole project from getting the permits, tearing down the old deck, installing the new deck, and to securing the final approval from the county inspector, very professionally. They cleaned up all the debris and even power washed the back of our house after completing the installation. Our new deck is beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased! Jim & Diane B.

They did not show up for days at a time--and never called us. They cleaned up the work site very well. The contractor kept leaving to buy a couple of screws! Annoying.

The shower base was supposed to have a drain on the left side, it was in the center, causing extra work for the installer, the soap dishes was not what I thought I had ordered. After Tom called me the soap dishes was a up grade and the shower base was not available with a left side drain. I am happy with the finished product.

These guys were willing to work with our budget, and make adjustments in the fly. Very happy with the way the two bathrooms turned out.
