I went with STL Design and Build to complete a bathroom remodel. The entire process was a breeze. From the very beginning, I knew I was in good hands. The salesmen that came to the house, pre-COVID-19, were knowledgeable and extremely professional. They even worked with my daughter, this was the kids bathroom, to pick colors that would work well together. They explained everything in detail. The contractor was timely and professional. Cleanup was minimal as he made every effort to clean up as much as he could each day before leaving. A day after the project was completed, we found a leak coming from the bathroom. Within an hour of calling the office, someone was back out to assess this and the leak was fixed within 24 hours and the damage caused by the leak was repaired and cleaned. I will definitely use them again for many future home projects.

We had a shower/tub unit replaced with a walk-in shower and had the floor replaced in two bathrooms. Everyoneâ  s I met or spoke with was very professional and arrived when scheduled. The work was completed in a timely manner and much to our satisfaction. There was a slight adjustment needed about 3 weeks after the installation. Someone came to handle it and even spackled some spots in the wall that werenâ  t made by their Workman. Over time some of the tile adhesive bled through so they sent someone to remove it even a few months after the installation.R

Replaced my doublehung windows and sliding glass door. Workers arrived ready to go and stayed until the job was done. The door is easy to use and the added safety of a 3point locking mechanism is a nice feature.

From start to finish our project went great . Our new countertops look fantastic . I would highly recomend them , We are getting ready to remodel our bathroom and we will be using them .

We discovered STL Design and Build at the St. Louis Home & Garden Show. In undertaking the remodel of our kitchen, STL Design and Build helped build on our vision for a classic craftsman kitchen with maximizing storage and utility while maintaining a traditional character. Marc and Scott, our sales and design representatives, made the process easy from the initial layout to the selection of cabinets, granite and appliances. Our scheduling coordinators were flexible and kept our project on schedule. Most of all, our installers Scott and Brandon were skilled and knowledgeable, and focused on quality and detail in our project. Without reservation, we would recommend STL Design and Build based on our experience. Our new kitchen is amazing!

Excellent service very accessible quality workmanship

I used STL Design and Build to completely remodel a bathroom. They did a fantastic job. However, moisture in the concrete subfloor caused the vinyl flooring tiles to not set right. But they completely replaced the flooring with ceramic tile and the bathroom is now perfect. I was so pleased with their work that I asked them to do much the same thing to the second bathroom. Everything went very smoothly and I now have two beautiful bathrooms. The staff at STL Design and Build are very courteous. They know you by name, they were quick to return my calls, get me to the right person, and answer all of my questions. Their contractors are knowledable in all areas and were able to contribute work or advice on areas not related to the bathrooms. I highly recommend them and I would hire them again in a heartbeat for any future work I need done.

The workmanship was great. I believe I could have gotten a better deal if I wouldn?t have been impulsive and excited to get it done. They were expensive for a tiny bathroom remodel

We now have an AMAZING deck for our hot tub and swim spa thanks to STL Design and Build! Tom and Bill came out and helped us with the design and type of material to use. We choose the Tiger Wood! Roger and Louis then went to work on the old deck tear down and new build. City permits caused some slight delays and the weather was not on their side but they worked trough it, even laying down some straw to help with the yard!! They stayed in contact with us throughout the build and even helped get someone there for our concrete pad! They worked professionally through any issues they encountered! We looked at other companies but went with them after another great review from a friend! I would recommend them to anyone! We spend almost every night on the deck now!

STL Design and Build, LLC tore down my existing deck and built a new Tigerwood deck. The work completed was excellent. The results were much better than I have experienced with other companies on other projects. They completed the work on time and were very easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

STL Design and Build built a 4 seasons room for us. They listened to what we wanted and gave it to us! The company stands by their work to deliver a quality professional job. I will be hiring them again for a kitchen remodel!

The demonstration was great. The windows were built strong, with great insulation and sun protection. The installation team was courteous, fast, precise and cleaned up afterwards like they were never here. The cost was comparative to the other companies. But, the windows are much better.

They arrived when scheduled and finished in the time they said. I am more then satisfied with the workmanship of the installer and the quality of materials. This was our first full renovation we was amazed with how well it all went. Instead of having nightmares our dream kitchen was done. The end of everyday he cleaned up and left the work area clear of debris and trash. I am sure what ever you are wanting to get done, STL Design and Build, LLC will more then meet your expectations. I am glad I found them for all my future renovations I would not hesitate to call.

We recently had STL Design and Build enclose the area under our deck to create a storage shed. We were able to move all the garden implements out of the garage and we are now able to move around our cars in the garage. Thank you, STL.
