+ -1 moreI was given a quote and requested removal on a specific day to which the “Pro(?)” agreed. When the time came, I received a text with the price being almost doubled. He knew the snow forecast and the size of the area to be shoveled when we agreed upon the price. Suddenly because the snow was actually on the ground the price went up. He was also supposed to be here in the morning and waited until the afternoon to spring the increased quote on me. I guess he was trying to trap me into the higher price. Bad business practices and very rude via text. He didn’t pick up the phone!

His staff is experienced and professional. Always willing to please, if extra care of our lawn is needed, there is never a problem. We mutually agree in price and the work is complete within the week. I would highly recommend Christopher Saunders to everyone. P.S. I have big dogs. No problems there either!
