Description of Work: My son purchased a HUD house that had been empty for two years and had a leaky roof. We had them remove the mold and drywall from the property and for that they did a good job. They also removed a nice wood and glass bi-fold door to the bedroom which could have been reused and a very nice ceiling fan in the office that also could have been reused. Those two items added a few hundred dollars to the reno project. It would have been more considerate had they asked us if we wanted them set aside, perhaps in the garage to use later.
