Meramec Hardscapes

We had a huge driveway challenge for Meramec Hardscapes and they met the challenge. We had a collapsing driveway due to water flow issues. We live at the bottom of a hill in a subdivision with no storm sewers. They came out and assessed the situation and came up with a solution. They installed a French drain at the top of the driveway and put in curbing around the driveway to direct the flow of water down to a concrete swale at the bottom of the driveway. We have had several hard rains since the completion of the project and it seems to have solved our problem and is working fine. We found the owner, Dan, and his project manager, Matt, to be very accommodating when we had any issues or questions. We would highly recommend this company.

We were completely impressed with the work completed with our retaining wall - crew was punctual, professional, responsive and project was completed very timely. We have had a large amount of rainfall after the wall was installed and it has worked perfectly. The inspectors from the city who reviewed the completed project were very impressed with the quality of work. 10/10 recommend!

Meramec Hardscapes just put in a concrete slab for me. From start to finish they went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Their bid on the job was very reasonable, the contract delivery was prompt, and they were quick to start the project. Brian the site Forman was polite, personable, and offered his experience to perfect the placement and orientation of the slab to work best with the grading in my yard. Their team worked hard and fast to finish the job in just over a day. This was impressive considering the size and thickness of the slab. Their care to not damage my lawn has saved me hour of work. They made it easy for my neighbors as well. I had one comment to me about how considerate they were with the placement of their trucks and equipment. I can tell you that if I or my family need concrete work in the future Meramec Hardscapes will be my first call.

I had a very difficult yard to deal with and some very cold, rainy weather. These guys showed up on time and did amazing work for my family and I. I have recommended them to others since and will use them again for future needs. Highly recommend!

Meramac Hardscapes were a joy to work with! Called a number of places and each wanted to tell me what I wanted... with Meramac, they listened and told me what they could do to accommodate my request. My patio was completed exactly how they described!! My wife and I couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend!! Workers couldn’t have been friendlier with my wife and small kids as well. That means something to me.

When my husband and I retired we decided to turn our backyard into our Dreamscape. Something we both worked hard for so it had to be perfect. As a retired buyer I am well practiced at vetting suppliers. We decided to find the one company that could do everything we wanted done around the pool once it was set into the ground. After looking into several Hardscrape/Concrete companies over several months we decided on Meramac Hardscape & Concrete because of Dan’s vast knowledge of all things concrete, price and professionalism. We met with Dan a couple different times before we had everything hashed out. We explained to Dan what we envisioned and he took it from there. We had stamped coping poured around the pool with 4 water jets incorporated, several large retaining walls with a beautiful bridal staircase. We had an outdoor kitchen and bar area built under our deck and my favorite feature a custom made fireplace. The scope of work was huge and took approximately 2 months to complete. With a project as large as ours there was bound to be some issues along the way. These few issues were worked out quickly and professionally. I can’t express enough how much Dan and his crew at Meramac Hardscapes & Concrete know their stuff. If Dan had been installing pools last year at the time we started our project we definitely would have also had them install our pool instead of Prestige. Made an appointment to have a cost estimate done. Matt came out and gave a very through evaluation, very good! Currently looking at another, out of the network, Company.

From this the very beginning, working with Meramec Concrete was terrific! Matt was professional and prompt with his estimate and keeping us updated about when our project would start. Then Ryan and his crew brought our vision of a new front walkway and front steps a reality. The finished product was beautiful!!! They are professional, experts in concrete and reasonably priced!!!

My husband and I were looking and looking for weeks for someone to pour us a patio at our new home. Everyone we talked to wouldn't get back to us for days or they were super expensive. I reached out to Dan and he got back to me right away. He was very accommodating with our timeline and was able to squeeze our project in. Dan and Brad were very informative during the sales process and helped us plan out our dream back yard. They were very good at helping us envision what it what it would look like. Then Dan was there through the entire process of completing the project and answering any questions, which was a comfort. The job went very smoothly and it looks even better then we thought it would! The crew took very good care of our home and paid attention to detail, I couldn't have asked for a better outdoor space!
