GREEN TURF IRRIGATION LIGHTING DRAINAGE

A technician (T.B.) was sent out on 7/7/10. T.B. quickly identified the source of the leak, which was in an adjacent zone (#2). He dug down to the line, capped off the pipe, and then rechecked zone #2. He was pleasant even though he had to do a lot of shoveling on a very hot day. We have had no further leaking since then. Thanks to T.B. the problem was solved quickly and inexpensively.

They've done a very very good job. They are reasonably priced.

I called them and made an appointment. The work team showed up on time, asked some questions about what I specifically needed and did the job quickly. They came in under the estimate and did a great job. We continue to use them for our irrigation needs.

They showed up when they said they would be here. They were very pleasant and the estimate process was great. We just thought we could do it for cheaper if we did it ourselves.

The company performed the job very well. All services were done exactly as we agreed. Plus, they continually updated us on their progress. Great service.

They are great for lawn irrigation and everything. Their service is very good. They are great at notifying us when things need to be done. They come when they say they will come. They will give us a window. They are always fair. Their price is comparable to other providers for opening and closing the sprinkler system.

I had called to have my irrigation system activated. I was given a date of 5/18 and a time of between 10:00 and 2:00. When no one showed up by 2:30, I called and after checking the schedule, the girl told me we don't have it down that you ever called (no apology or offer to get to me as soon as they could). She took the approach that it was my fault - not theirs and I would have to wait another 2 weeks for an appointment.. Needless to say, I will not be using them again.

It went well. We were offered package deal for start up, backflow, and winterize. Easy to work with.

They were on-time, polite etc. BUT, their bid was more than 2.5 times the lowest bid I received. I have no idea how they came up with their price. Their plan was no different than the one I went with. In my opinion I think it's a case of "neighborhood penalty." In other words, because I'm in a nice neighborhood they felt they could raise the price. General advice to all; always get bids from different vendors.

I was very satisfied with them. They came on time, were neat and courteous, and they communicated with me what they were doing. It looked to me like it was done well. They dug up the yard in order to do the job, but they smoothed out all of the ditches that they made, put sod back, on and reseeded.

We wanted to install an irrigation system in our yard after doing a lot of landscaping. We have a large lot and it was a fairly complicated set up with 10 zones. We received several bids but chose Green Turf because of their price and good ratings on Angie's List. They did a wonderful job and continue to please us with great customer service.

We needed new lighting around a new patio that had just been installed by another contractor. Overall, the project went well, but we felt that we had problems getting them to get bids to us and to respond to phone calls. But, once the design was done and we paid our deposit, they were reasonably fast about getting the work done.

The job was done in three-and-a-half days and 12 days later most of the disturbed sod has pretty much turned green and almost looks undisturbed except in a small area where the sun is intense in the afternoon. I'm very satisfied with the system and the crew did a great job.

Richard Hardebeck is very professional and always came on time to any appointment we scheduled with him. He knew exactly how to take care of the yard so that everything would be watered and we would be happy. We also called on him other times for advice on how to water new plants that we just put in this year, and he is always very pleasant and extremely helpful. We are very glad we put the sprinkler system in finally, it is such a pleasure to have, and our yard and grass looked great for the first time in many years. How we wish we would have done this sooner. Also, all the people we spoke with on the phone and all the techs that came out to our home were very pleasant and nice to deal with.

Tim was on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. In addition to educating me about our irrigation system and its maintenance, he also gave welcome suggestions regarding our landscaping as a whole.

We have used Green Turf for ten years. We have many good things to say about Jeff, Bob, Debbie and Stan and all the help they have given us. They are very responsive to any problem. For example, this summer with system activation a bush was overlooked and got no water for two months, causing it's demise. I discussed this with the company and was credited for the service call to fix the head. They have always been fair in resolving any problems that we have had. Next year we will be buying new equipment with them and making changes to the irrigation system in our yard and we will not be shopping for this job but will be using them due to our past excellent relationship. We wish all the companies that we hired would be as professional as Green Turf.

Joe, the technician was very thorough and answered all my questions and concerns. He ran the entire system and really studied the way in which the system operated for my lawn. He found a few sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced. He explained the reasons for why he suggested the replacements and how it would benefit my lawn. He went over the costs to do the work and received my OK before any work was done.

The installation was smooth and perfect. They're coming back out to tweak the system a little bit, and I'm sure they'll do a great job.

They arrived promptly and were professional. Jeff explained everything that they were doing and scheduled a follow-up visit to meet my schedule when it was apparent that they didn't have the irrigation tubing needed to fix the irrigation to the outdoor planters. After having called two other companies and not even getting a return call, this was refreshing. Their hourly rate seemed a little high, but they got the job done.

The president of the company is fantastic. They do wonderful work. We have a contract with them, and they have been maintenance for years. This was covered under warranty.

Green Turf is reliable and knowledgeable in opening and closing our sprinkler system for the past twelve years. They are a reliable and professional company.

Their men are always polite, on-time and clean up after themselves before they leave. They deal with any problem they find in a knowledgeable and efficient manner.

THE OFFICE OF THIS COMPANY CALLED ME TWO DAYS PRIOR TO SERVICING TO REMIND ME OF THE APPOINTMENT TIMES. WHEN THE DAY ARRIVED AND THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT WAS ALMOST PAST I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE OFFICE AND WAS TOLD THE MEN WERE ON THEIR WAY, SORRY TO BE RUNNING A LITTLE LATE. IN FACT THE OFFICE SENT ANOTHER SERVICEMAN WHO WAS IN THE AREA TO HELP OUT AND FINISH AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WORK WAS DONE EFFICIENTLY, NO MESS MADE. MEN WERE POLITE, CONSCIENTIOUS AND LISTENED TO PROBLEMS I HAD HAD WITH THE SYSTEM. THE PROBLEM OF ONE DRY AREA WAS FIXED AND I WAS TOLD WHAT HAD BEEN DONE TO THAT ZONE TO ELIMINATE THE DRYNESS. PRICES WERE FOR PARTS ONLY. A YEARLY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT COVERS THE COST OF THE VISIT AND CHECK.

EXCELLENT PEOPLE FROM THE KNOWLEDGEABLE SALES GUY ALL THE WAY TO THE NICE GUYS THAT INSTALLED EVERYTHING. EXCELLENT FOLLOW-UP AND MAINTENANCE TO MAKE SURE THE SYSTEM WAS PERFECT FOR US.

THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND THEY DO A GOOD JOB.
