They seem to do good work. The guys are always very polite. They wear shoe covers. It was part of the original agreement so I am not really sure how much they charged us. I think it is now going to be $70 for each cleaning.

I just think their service is very good. I never have to worry about not having cool in the summer nor having heat in the winter. Their people are real good. They take care of your house. They don?t make a mess. They are very reliable, and it is just one thing I don?t have to worry about.

They are pretty good and I would continue to use them. I have had good experience with them.

I recommend them to others. I know the owner and we have used them for about 30 years and they have given us good service and value when we wanted to replace things. We have a service contract with them and their prices are also reasonable.

They came out once when I was not receiving sufficient heat. Since they were coming our for a maintence call anyway, they fixed the problem and didn't charge me extra.

I am very happy with the work. I don't like having contractors in the house but the technician was so polite, friendly and considerate of my little one. He seemed to go beyond what could be expected to do the job right and to give helpful information. Great job.

They are very professional and do a very complete and thorough check of the A/C and furnace. They are always timely, and I feel that they are honest because they don't find unnecessary repairs. I think their prices are very reasonable and I recommend them.

Discovered that the unit was slightly over pressurized. Walked me through the calculations, and reviewed the potential consequences. We then set up a one-year service contract for the price of the freon balance charge.

Our furnace broke on Saturday and we called to have them come out. I called at 8:30 am and reached the call service. She said that she would forward my request. At 9:30 I still had not heard back and called again. I got the service and she said that my service request and been delivered. At 11am I finally called another heating company. The following Monday I called Academy Air to see what the problem was over the weekend. They were concerned about my message not being answered. I spoke with the owner. They remedied the situation by honoring my service contract and reimbursing me the cost of what I paid to the other service and what they would have charged me for the same work.

Company as always did an excellent job. Answered my many questions and explained exactly what they were doing.

This last time the guy didn't complete the job adequately so I couldn't get my heat or air turned on. I recently called and the guy came out and checked it and said that the previous man had neglected to check the door completely and left something open, so that's why nothing could be turned on. Then he remedied that and there was no service charge or anything, and I was very pleased about that.

We have taken advantage of Academy Air's service plans, because they do a thorough job of inspecting the furnace and A/C unit. In addition, when we have specific problems that occur between service visits (although none have happened during the past 12 months), they make an effort to come as quickly as possible to restore heating or cooling for our home.

We have had Academy Air service our existing heating and a/c for many years now. The men are always prompt and courteous, and put paper booties on, so they don't track dirt into your home. We got the top of the line products for our new furnaces and air conditioners, and although they were expensive, are working very well. The owner, Terry Silverstein is extremely knowledgeable about what your house needs and checks on the work himself. Every serviceman we have had in the house is polite, neat and knows his job.

I HAVE A SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH ACADEMY AIR FOR MAINTENANCE SERVICE TWICE A YEAR. THE FAN ON MY OUTSIDE A/C UNIT STOPPED WORKING ON A THURSDAY AFTERNOON. THEY CAME OUT TO FIX IT THAT SAME DAY. I HAD PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED REPLACING MY 12 YEAR OLD HEATING AND A/C SYSTEM WITH THE COMPANY AFTER SPRING SERVICE, DURING WHICH A FREON LEAK WAS DETECTED. THIS INCIDENT CONVINCED ME THAT IT WAS TIME TO REPLACE MY SYSTEM. THE COMPANY WAIVED THE COST OF THE FAN REPAIR (ABOUT $350) BECAUSE I SIGNED UP TO REPLACE MY SYSTEM. MY SYSTEM WAS REPLACED ONE WEEK LATER. THIS WAS A ONE DAY JOB FOR TWO TECHS. THE TECHS WERE ON TIME AND COURTEOUS. THEY PROTECTED MY CARPET AND FLOORS. THEY LEFT NO MESS WHATSOEVER. THE TECHS WERE ALSO FRIENDLY AND HAVE GOOD PERSONALITIES. THE TECHS WERE NAMED STEVE AND KURT. THEIR BOSS TERRY CAME BY TO CHECK ON THE PROGRESS OF THE WORK. HE IS ALSO FRIENDLY AND VERY LIKEABLE.

AIR SERVICE EXPERTS WERE ON TIME FOR THE APPOINTMENT THEY MADE WITH ME. THEY WERE THOROUGH WITH THE MAINTENANCE. I WAS VERY CONFIDENT WHEN THEY WERE DONE THAT THE HEATER WAS RUNNING PROPERLY.

THE TECH, TRACY, IS PROMPT, FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL.
