Sunray Tree Service

I have had a very strage experience with this Company. I contacted their office to request someone come out to look at our large Oak tree. It has several large bare branches and needs extensive dead wooding. I suspect the tree has a disease or parasite that is causing the loss of leaves, and need advice as to how we might be able to save the tree. For several weeks, I never recevied a call from Sunray and then one day out of the blue, Ray called and left a message on my cell phone that he was on the way to our home to look at the tree. I would have preferred a call much sooner because by the time I received Ray's call, I already had 3 other Tree Service Companies out to look at the tree. I also did not appreciate a spur of the moment call advising he was on his way out, as I was at work and not at home.Ray came out as evidenced by the fact that he left the gate to our back yard open. Ray never contaced me after he came out to look at the tree. In summary, not very professional!

Ray Gober is a professional arborist and his work, from tree trimming to large tree take down shows it. He personally does the trimming and cutting with one assistant on the ground. We have another large dead oak to take down and we will use him again. Also, we found his pricing is to be extremely reasonable.
