+ 0 moreWe went to his shop to go over custom plans. He never met the first deadline nor a second deadline. he ceased all forms of communication and we never received the furniture. THIEF! Took to court n eventually garnished account to get our money back.

+ -1 moreSteve Wilson has a talent for making furniture out of reclaimed barn wood, but he is more talented in stealing your money. He communicated with us a few times after we sent him the downpayment (after we went to his shop to view his work in person and to meet him). He missed the deadline and would NOT return any form of communication with us. WE ARE SUEING HIM IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT. LOTS OF BAD REVIEWS ON SOUTWEST BUSINESS BUREAU WEBSITE AS WELL AS MISSOURI ATTOURNEY GENERAL, AND SEVERAL LAW SUITS. HE HAS A PATTERN OF DOING THIS.

+ 0 moreIn turn I wrote Steve a deposit check of $1200.00 The agreement was to have the items by Christmas. We spoke all the way up to the delivery date when he was to drop the bed off at the deliver terminal. Since then he not only did not deliver it but he has gone dark and I cannot get a hold of him at all. I would love to have my bed or a refund but I cannot contact him to get either. Buyer beware!!

+ -1 moreI have filed suit in small claims court and am warning as many of wilsons future customers to stay away and not fall for his tricks.
Description of Work: I went into contract with Steve Wilson owner of said Wilson Creek Furniture on January 19th, 2013. He was to construct a dining table and six chairs for my family. In turn I wrote steve a deposit check in the amount of $1660. The agreement was to have the items within two months. As of today July 15th 2013 I have no product and my request to refund my deposit have been ignored.
