 + -1 moreMy mother used Beerman in February of this year. They claimed to have replaced a resistor switch and the circuit board in her furnace and charged her $457.10 to do so. Just 8 months later her furnace will not come on at all. Beerman refused to come out and look at it unless they received a $90 fee. Pathetic! Will advise everyone I know of their business practices. If you won't stand behind the parts you overcharge for then why would anyone trust you to do the repair work.

Description of Work: Semi-annual check up of system and change out the filters. They installed the system when built home in 1999 and have continued to service it. Have semi-annual check up of system to make sure operates efficiently.

 + -1 moreI had the most rude experience in my life. The contractor didn't even hook power to the unit. Then poorly installed it. The unit was not tested so he basically stuck a fixture on a wall and charged me for $500 of installation for a 15 minute job.
