THE OWNER CAME OUT AND TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 180 TO BRING THE MACHINE IN THEN 130 HOUR PERIOD .. AFTER THE WORK WHICH TOOK FOUR HOURS WAS DONE THEY SENT ME A BILL FOR 1400â ¦ I TOLD THEM THIS WAS WRONG THE LADY SAID AT FIRST THAT THERE WAS A CHARGE TO HAUL THE PIPE .. I WAS TOLD THEY HAD A BIG TRAILER AND THEY WOULD JUST BRING IT IF I HAD IT PAID FOR .. I WAS THEN TOLD BY THE LADY THAT THERE WAS A EIGHT HOUR MINâ ¦ I WAS NOT TOLD THAT BEFORE AND THE GUY THAT PUT MY PIPES IN WAS GOOD AND THIER OTHER GUY WOULD HAVE TAKEN LONGER .. AFTER A BACK AND FORTH WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE OVER SEVEN HUNDRED TURNED INTO ALMOST NINE HUNDRED .. YES I PAID IT BUT .. FELT CHEATED â ¦ I EVEN HAD TO PAY 57 DOLLARS FOR YOU THAT I DIDNT SEE COMING !

Be very specific with your communication, and have them approve all costs first. They were very nice, accommodating, and respectful. However, they rented a large piece of equipment, adding $2000 to the cost of the project, without getting approval from us. They also said they would "work with us to make this right." But we never heard back from them. The end product is satisfactory, and we would recommend them to others.
