 + -1 moreWe really have no problems with them. They are very informative and are done quickly with any repairs. They are easy to work with and are knowledgeable as well. They answered all of our questions and the price was not bad either. I like them.
Description of Work: The power source on our computer had to be replaced and all of the information that was on there had to be reinstalled as well. Best Buy did the work for us.

 + -1 moreThe person taking the request for service was difficult to understand. The service person did not show up at all. He claimed he came; however, I have a dog who barks loudly. When I called Geek Squad (800 number), the person was unsympathetic & advised me to make another appointment. The service rep was to call back, but didnt.
Description of Work: No work was done.

 + -1 moreTHE GEEK SQUAD CAME OUT IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT COMPUTERS AND FIXED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY. THEY TOLD US THINGS TO HELP IN THE FUTURE SO THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN AGAIN.
Description of Work: THE GEEK SQUAD CAME OUT TO FIX A VIRUS, THE WORM THAT WE HAD OPENED UP ON THE COMPUTER.

 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT COMPUTERS IN GENERAL. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEMS I HAD ON MY COMPUTER. THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY FRIENDLY. THE PRICES WERE REASONABLE.
Description of Work: BEST BUY TOOK MY COMOUTER AND DID SOME REAPIRS ON THE HARD DRIVE. THEY REPAIRED A VIRUS AND CLEANED UP SOME FILES. THEY HAD TO REINSTALL SOME SOFTWARE.
