They were excellent and did a good job. They are not the cheapest but for a reason. They are very professional and efficient. I would recommend them.

All design and construction work on the new kitchen went extremely well, attesting to the wonderful coordination of everyone on the Duenke staff. Everyone we dealt with was first-class -- courteous, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The job ran almost exactly on the promised schedule, and right on budget. The job ran just two days over, only because of days snow storms shut down roads and businesses over a two week period. The construction supervisor did an outstanding job of coordinating all work. There were no shortcuts taken and work areas were cleaned up daily. They did an excellent job on all drywall repair and finishing for painting. We were always kept advised on their schedule and our options to consider. There was excellent coordination with appliance and countertop suppliers. The final job is truly outstanding. It's extremely attractive with a fully functional new layout that's more convenient in every way. Their innovative new floor and space utilization plans increased storage area and countertop workspace by 30-35%. Their design opened up the kitchen area to integrate very attractively with the adjacent breakfast area. They did excellent finished carpentry work, and the Travertine under-cabinet tile installation is a work of art. Everything from initial design to final construction was perfect in every way. We have no hesitation in recommending the Duenke organization to anyone seeking a reliable contractor who can do an excellent job from initial design -- to showroom cabinet-counter-hardware selection -- to finished construction. Everyone marvels at the transformation they accomplished for our new kitchen.

These are the nicest most professional people in the world! When I had questions and changes to the design, they went with the changes, no questions or comments. I even brought in a large frying pan to size the under cabinet drawers. I'm sure they thought I was a ditz, but, we all were sure that my oversized pan would fit. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

They're very efficient, easy to work with, did a great job. They were good. They're reasonable but not cheap. You can do it less expensively but let's put it that way.

Showroom had plenty of choices of wood surfaces and counters. A selection was made after two visits and they came out in two days for measurements and estimate. Cabinet was custom-built with auto-stop drawers and it was about six weeks before installation began,

Painful. We had used Duenke for our kitchen a few years ago, and they were so excellent that we didn't bother looking anywhere else when it was time to do our bathrooms. Things have changed. From the first visit to draw up the plans, it was weeks before they contact us to get things moving. Then at least four weeks after we paid our deposit before any work began. The workmen were considerate and professional, but the project planning was nothing short of terrible. Delays on the flooring, the breakage of three shipments of glass shower doors. Items ordered late leading to more delays. Weeks for them to respond to requests to fix a couple of minor things that we found immediately after they finished. We used them twice, and there will not be a third time.

Ron from Duenke Cabinet Co. came to our house on 8/11/11 to measure our bathroom for remodeling. He said he would call in about a week with the estimate. We waited for 2 weeks and called the store asking if our estimate was ready. They said it was not, and would not give any reason why it wasn't ready. It has been nearly 4 weeks now and we still have not heard back from Duenke. They could have at least given us a courtesy call back.

We are going to use them again to remodel our kitchen. Their prices are a little higher than some companies, but they do high quality work that is worth the money. They went out of their way to make sure that we were involved in the remodeling process, and they made sure we were up to speed on all of the work. Also they answered all of our questions. They didn't have any problems doing some extra things that needed to be done around the house. We were pleased with them.

I loved the cabinets. They are custom made. Quality of the cabinets is good. Not surprised at the installation of the countertops, they ended up using a contractor and the job wasn't as great as I was hoping. The ceiling and lights installed weren't the best. The great things about them were they gave me the quote and details broken down in order to understand the breakdown of price. It made it much easier to make a decision.
