Linda has taken care of my lawn for over 20 years and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest and competent woman in the business of lawn care. Her rates are reasonable and she will respond personally to a disease or pest problem and she takes great pride in keeping your lawns healthy.

Easy to reach someone if you have questions. Treatment so far for the crab grass and weeds has made a big difference.

To say that I was disappointed is an understatement. I chose this company as new customer based on their good reviews on Angie's List. When I was signing up, I specifically mentioned that I historically had issues with crabgrass in my lawn. The Owner assured me personally that their pre-emergent is so much better than what I can purchase myself, and therefore I should not have any problems. Just in case I will, she said, they will perform post-emergent for free. So I signed up... Let me tell you, by mid-July I had crabgrass everywhere. Had to call the office and explained the situation (you would expect the technicians that work on my lawn would notice it and take care of it, but no). The office lady that answered the phone was very nice and told me they would do it with no charge. A couple of weeks go by, nothing happens. My lawn is getting worse and worse. Called again. This time I got the Owner. Explained the whole thing over. She of course did not remember a conversation with me before I signed up (perhaps understandably), but also denied the other office lady could offer post-emergent for free, basically accusing me lying to her. She said, they will have to treat with post- emergent twice, and it will cost $100. She also offered to aerate and over-seed my lawn for $410 but only if agree skip two more treatments from my pre-paid program. About 10 days later they finally treated my lawn with post-emergent first time and were supposed to do it again in 10 days. about 3 weeks go by and the second treatment is still not done. By now it September, and I know it's too close for over-seeding to do a second application of post-emergent. That was the end of my patience. I cancelled everything (including remaining pre-paid treatments)! Hired an other company to do core aeration and over-seeding for less than half of $410, and had to get on my four to physically remove remaining crabgrass. Needless to say, I'll never use this company again and can't advise anybody to hire them.

I have used Progressive for my annual lawn care over the years and tried some other companies, however I seem to always come back to Progressive. They have a great prepay program and have done a good job of keeping my lan in good shape over the years!

They showed up when they said, and the work was done quickly and professionally. They even made a suggestion to add lime to certain areas of the lawn that appeared acidic.

I have used Progressive Lawn Managers for many years. They respond quickly to any questions or concerns I may have and do a great job on our lawn. Our lawn looks great throughout the year.

Progressive Lawn Managers is a great locally owned company that provides good service for a reasonable price! In 2017 I prepaid for a comprehensive plan of 7 applications that would treat my lawn from spring to winter. My yard went from being a complete disaster (more weeds than grass) to a very good looking healthy lawn (all grass, no weeds!!). Linda and Brittany were always very professional on the phone if I ever had any questions. Needless to say, I am using them again this year. I highly recommend them.

It went great. My husband always thought that he could take care of the lawn himself. This is the first year he allowed an outside company to take it over. Even with this being just the first year, our lawn never looked better. My husband agrees that he stands corrected! The price was good too, especially considering what we were paying for product when doing it ourselves. Great service, professional company and they always went above and beyond our expectations. They actually encouraged us to call if we had questions or needed anything. I usually don't take time to write reviews but they were worth it.

Chris was very professional and helpful when he first came over and reviewed the requirements He provided the right solution I had asked for advance notification and Alec called me up before he came on site He showed up right on time to do the work What was very impressive was that they covered all the issues that I had discussed with Chris and did the work exactly as planned I would highly recommend them for closing the loop - Chris did the estimate and Alec did the work exactly as agreed upon

We have a big yard so they did a good job in the front, on one side and in the back but on the other side, I wasn't as happy but I didn't say anything. If I did it myself, I feel that I would have done it with more detail.

I rarely give negative reviews, however, this company really needs to be help accountable. I pre-paid last season for yearly service. They double billed me 4 separate times. This required 4 phone calls from me to them to correct. After the last contracted application; They double billed me again (around Aug.-Sept.) I called and left a message requesting correction and cancel any future service as my pre-paid contract ended. A woman returned my call and said she corrected it and cancelled any future visits as my yearly plan was completed. I wanted to make sure they never came back as the results of treatment did not meet our expectations either. Now it is March 22, 2016; They treat my lawn and leave a $50.00 bill on my door! I call and explain everything to a woman named Evone ( if she gave correct name) She said we automatically come back and apply, there is no record that you called and cancelled. There is also no record of me calling to correct all the double billings and complaint of weed control not working. She told me to Pay-Up. She said she will cancel now and I will have to pay. Very unprofessional, unapologetic, shameful customer service. I mentioned that this was the last straw in a string of events and I would be posting my experience on Angies list. She could have cared less!!! I am using another Company and they came out several weeks ago to apply treatment to our lawn. I do not know if this mistaken application today will harm my lawn?

The best kind of service providers are the ones that you only know where there when they leave the receipt on your door and you notice the tremendous difference in your lawn. For years, I thought I could do it myself, well, I could never get the grass as green as I thought it should be, but once I hired Progressive, at the recommendation of my brother in law, i couldn't be happier with my lawn.

I've used TruGreen in the past, but decided to look around. I had received a tentative price and number of applications from Progressive Lawn Managers before they came out to my house to firm up their recommendation. When the rep came, his first comment was that we didn't need as many applications as we had been receiving from TruGreen because we have zoysia grass over most of our yard. That was something I never heard from TruGreen! We've used Lawn Managers for a full season and have been very happy with their service. They call the day before they expect to come out and show up as promised, unless it's raining. They aren't constantly trying to sell me different services. They called late in the summer just to tell me that some sort of fungus was affecting a lot of lawns in St. Louis. They didn't try to sell me a treatment, but just described what to be on the lookout for, and to call if we saw the symptoms. I've been very happy with Progressive Lawn Managers.

Lawn Managers takes care of my lawn treatments. I hired them 3+ years ago and since then I need not have to worry about the lawn treatments. I need not have to follow up with them. They are timely with the scheduled treatments. From the time I had them I do not have weed issues with the lawn. They are very trustful. I wish them good luck and hope they continue to maintain their reputation.

I spoke with their office administrator about getting a quote for yearly lawn care and fertilization. She said I would receive a call within 24 hours and it's been 7 days and not a return call. I'll call someone who wants the business.
