 + -1 moreWe have been much more pleased with Chariton Valley Wireless Internet than the provider that we had prior since we get service now.
Description of Work: We use Chariton Valley Wireless Internet services. We have a rural home and their isn't much choice when it comes to high speed internet. At least we aren't on dial-up. I believe they offer a higher speed internet than our present plan but it does cost more. The plan we have doesn't work very well for streaming video. There is too much delay. Since most people use the cell towers for the internet and the cell phones we often have to reset the internet router box since we do get dropped. All that we had to do was to install the router which just involved plugging it in. It was set up at the store.

 + -1 moreOur cable wasn't working correctly so they upgraded our cable boxes. In this area each TV has to have a box, so they replaced 3 boxes. There was a problem a couple of days later but they sent someone out and it was resolved. Very friendly and know what they are doing.
Description of Work: They provide cable, internet and phone service and are the only service in the area. Our cable boxes had to be replaced.
