"Iâ ve read the reviews on this company and everyone has rated them 5 stars. I donâ t understand this. We are nearly a month in trying to get septic plans and I still donâ t have them. They tell me a date. The next week I call, of course no one ever answer the phone, I get and email saying itâ s going to be longer. Soil test was already completed we talking plans only. In the time Iâ ve been waiting for the plans, Iâ ve already paid for so I can obtain a permit through Jackson County, the house could have had the slab poured and the entire house framed. No joke. I could be running electrical now but instead Iâ m still waiting for them to draw plans so I can get a permit Good luck. Maybe donâ t pay them upfront."

"Make sure everything is right before you pay or you will never get them to come back and fix anything. I had problems and had to fix them myself to keep my neighbors happy. I tried for months to get them to just move the curtain drain over to my side of the property line that I was insured everything was measured and where it belongs. It wasn't!"

"Daniel Schesser was on time, got the job done three other plumbers were not able to complete. 2/3rds of our toilets, showers and sinks were plug and backing up onto the floor. Real mess and during Christmas holidays with additional load of incoming family. Big shout out to Daniel and Reddi Services. Turns out cement like crud with stones had loosened and plugged up the trunk."
