Delivery and building quality were excellent. We were not impressed with sales experience. We recorded our negative experience and did receive follow up from a company representative.

Driver was very professional and efficient. We were amazed how he was able to place this shed to rear of our home. All by remote control. Amazing.

The crew got there about 7:00am and finished about 3:45 pm how fast was that WOW. Great looking building.These guy know what they are doing. Very very very pleased.

The specialty order was easy. The shed was completed ahead of schedule. Delivery was scheduled at my convenience. Delivery was perfect.

End result was excellent! Some steps along the project path were a bit rough, but we successfully worked through them. I believe the value for the cost was very good.

We had some issues with the garage door installation - in the end they came out and installed to our complete satisfaction. Would use this company again "in a heartbeat!"

Not well. Concrete foundation not square, causing the whole build to be out of square. Sill plate, sheating and siding hang off the foundation 2 to 3 inches. Carport corner post not square and not anchored, off 3 inches on the back side and 1 in the front. Crooked interior frame board waves exterior siding. No wrap, no finished carport soffit. Can see daylight inside around base. Was assured when we accepted the bid that all would be complete. We would do nothing but use it. We had to purchased the wrap to put on before the siding. Contacted Ken Miller. No payment till fixed. Mr Miller came and said the completion of the build was not in the bid. A miscommunication. Offered as a grand gesture to add to the 2x10 headers, move the 6x6's to try to make it look symmetrical in appearance, wrap the headers, install anchor brackets on the 6 x 6 post, and straighten the framing boards. Would complete the soffit for the cost of the material and labor. Would waive the labor costs if we gave 3 referrals. Our response was for him to complete the work with no referrals. We paid the additional cost of materials. Upon completion of the proposed patch work we paid Mr Miller the remainer owed simple to be done with the ordeal. That 100 percent guarantee is joke. No amount of patching would make this project right. We checked Classic Buildings through you and the BBB and used Classic Buildings because of all the excellent referrals. So, these people may be ok with a shed but don't want them to do anything larger. No offers of a reduction in the cost of the building, no standing by what we were assured by the salesman as a complete project and not a hint of that money back guarentee. Now we are stuck with an expensive bungling building. Definitely not a good experience.

Weather delay of delivery, delivered on time, very good. No problems. Building built to our specifications. Excellent people. Very friendly & supportive.

We requested custom windows on shed. That hadn't been done and they accommodated the request. Entire team from sales to installation was professional and a pleasure to deal with on the shed. Researched company after seeing at home show. Ordered shed from local sales office. The installation crew was outstanding from the initial consult to the build. Merle and his crew were outstanding.

Stopped by their office in town, liked the salesman. He helped us by showing different unites, let us pick what we wanted, left no detail undone, built the shed and delivered it in 4 weeks. Great.

We ordered the shed and within 3 weeks was ready for delivery. On delivery day they were here on time, and the shed was put in place within 30 minutes.

Meryl was on time for the delivery. Bill was never pushy at sales. Shed was amazing and the valve is terrific.

The people I worked with were very helpful and I am looking forward to using the shed.
