 + 0 moreThe project has been ongoing for several months. John and his employees have always conducted themselves very professionally on the job-site. He is extremely knowledgable and creative in every aspect of the renovation. As the project unfolded John has been very flexible as we made changes and additions to the original plan. The overall quality of workmanship is excellent and we greatly respect John's recommendations and advice. We will continue to employ John's Home Improvement for future projects.
Description of Work: John was hired to do an extensive remodeling project. He started by putting on a new roof followed by a complete gutting and renovation of the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The remodel of the living area included rebuilding a staircase and fireplace and replacing many lakeside windows. We also have future projects scheduled which includes changing a screened-in porch to a four seasons room as well as remodeling an unfinished area into a bedroom and bathroom and rebuilding a railroad tie driveway wall.

 + -1 moreOverall it went better then expected except he was there before 5:30am! There are no don'ts for our experience with John. We would recommend him for anything needed around the house.
Description of Work: John is a great person with a great staff. He was here before the sun rose and after the sunset. He is very professional, clean and an overall great person. We had some problems with things after the fact and he was right out fixing the problem. He also put screens on our new gutters that we didn't pay for or ask for. He just did it as something nice to do for 2 people.
