I was immediately called by Commercial and Home Services Unlimited minutes and within an hour and a half there at my house. Charles was very professional and asked what work I was wanting to get done. Job was completed and approximately 2 to 3 hours and Charles came in and explained every question I had and explained what he had done which was replaced drain shoe pipe and and other pipes leading out to the air vent and waste line. I was very pleased with punctuality communication and professionalism. Charles insured if there was any problems I could call him and he would be back to take care of any problem. I couldn't be happy the way things worked out

Had asked, via the web site, two plumbers to give an estimate, he called first, made an appointment, he showed up on time, figured out what was going wrong with the well, pressure tank and controls that prevented water flow, determined how much it would cost to fix in less than 20 minutes. Said yes, do it and in less than an hour (including going for a part) it was done.

The project went very smooth except for the heat being and issue. The work was steady and good team work the cleanup was great. Would consider using the next time I have a project to do very pleasant group to work with nothing but good things to say about them.

I hired them to replace a few post on my deck. A few post turned into repairing a deck that was about to fall apart. 1 day job turned into 5 days. CW was great to work with.

Having been very impressed with the work quality, this Spring I've hired Commercial & Home Services Unlimited LLC for subsequent plumbing jobs, including a new water softener installation. Along with displaying utmost courtesy and respect, and being highly attentive to customer's questions, CW is a longtime master plumber, not performing guess work! He's efficient and quick yet leaves no stone unturned, very detailed, and cleans his work area. The cost CW tells you -- does not change! In the Lake area plumbing field, he's a gem in the rough!

CW was prompt and professional as he started to troubleshoot our leak issue. He explained each step including cutting into the ceiling of the condo below mine. We ended by replacing our toilet(wax ring failure). CW had to return Friday to complete the task. I was very happy with their service.

Very professional and courteous. Came out the day I submitted and determined what was wrong, ordered the part, and finished the job today. I have hired them again for another job and would recommend this highly. Update: 04/02/2023 The first job was repairing the washer, and he did an excellent job. I gave him 5 stars, so I hired him to check my crawl space due to roots. He did little work to remove the roots but treated them for an hour and a half. His price was too high for the work he did for me. He informed me that it would take care of it except for minimal moisture. The next rain was the worst, and then he wanted to put in a sump pump without knowing where the water was coming from. Needless to say, I would not recommend his services.

I called due to a clogged toilet and I understand that there is a service fee of $50. It ended up just being an easy fix. Five minutes. He just plunged my toilet. They charged me $100. I live alone and had I knew it would such an easy fix I would have just asked my brother or dad to help me. I just thought customer service wise they took advantage of me.

Tuesday, February 7, 2023, CW (Charles Waterman) of Commercial Home Services In Camdenton Missouri, installed a new thermostat for the furnace in my house in Eldon Missouri. After he had left the thermostat wasnâ t working correctly, so I called him the next day to see if he could return and take a look at it. Over the next few days I contacted him several times. Apparently he had a very busy week, but first thing Monday morning February 13, 2023 he called me back and said that he would go by the house that morning and take a look at the thermostat. He found the thermostat was working but the furnace had several problems which he informed me would be fairly expensive to repair. I have decided to replace the furnace which is over 30 years old with a heat pump. Charles has been courteous and very helpful. I appreciate what heâ s done for us and would recommend him.

Fast, efficient, professional, quality work, personable, and value of work completed for price was top notch. I will definitely hire them again!
