Mike Yelton himself came to the house and supervised the job. His crew were efficient and professional. This side of my house now looks new.

Mike was very professional. He tells you exactly what the problem is and different options on fixing the problem. He will work within your budget. One other contractor sent an estimator out and told me I needed the entire roof replaced at three times the cost that Mike charged. Mike told me the rest of my roof was fine, I just had two areas that had been leaking and the plywood sheeting had rotted. I found that Mike is very busy and in high demand, so patience is required when calling him on the phone. It sometimes take him day to get back to you, but it is well worth your wait. Mike is the most honest contractor I have worked with. I will not use any other contractor for roofing or home repair work now.

We were referred by a friend to Mike for siding. His was much lower than another we had in. We liked him so much we had him back to look at some more immediate repairs. He fixed the door and gutters for free and got us timely estimates on the other repairs. We will definitely be using his company when we decide to side our house.
