Description of Work: Gutter repair

Description of Work: Job 1: Secured guttering that had partially fallen after a wind storm. The piece is about 30 feet long and mounted 25 feet up. Wind blew it loose and it fell onto electrical wire connected to back of the house, plus it remained connected at one end to a down spout. I had managed to raise it off the electrical wire with 20 ft. wooden ladder, but I obviously needed the repair ASAP. Employee Doug Bohrn came within two hours of my contacting him. Brought his own ladder and priced his repair at $80. After his 30 minute trip to the hardware store, the gutter was reattached with new screws in less than an hour. Job 2: Secured and washed 3 storm windows. During our discussion of the gutter, I mentioned to Doug that 3 of the storm windows below the gutter rattled with wind. He inspected while up there and said he could replace missing screws and WASH the 3 storm windows for $50. That job was done an hour later. Total cost for two jobs: $130. Job 3: I then asked if he would inspect my chimney. A tree branch had months earlier knocked off the gable, cracked the top of the clay liner and loosened top rows of bricks. Since the fireplace is not used, Doug proposed removing damaged materials, laying 2 rows of new brick and capping chimney for price of $220 labor plus replacement material costs. We set up a day for the following week, Doug and his partner arrived that morning with materials and equipment ready to go, and finished the job by noon. They also took the broken and replaced material with them for disposal. Total cost: $270.
