Great! He arrived a couple of minutes before the scheduled time and rang the doorbell to let me know he was here. He cleaned the gutters first, then spent most of his time pressure washing the house. Removed 24 years of mold and mildew from the north (front) side of the house. My vinyl siding looks like new.

We have had some algae or something with a greenish color on our house for a little while now and it has been bothering me since I do care about our property. I’ve been trying to figure out what to spray on it that won’t damage the siding or discolor it. I recently seen a sign in our subdivision about this company so I went on the website read the reviews and realized this was exactly what we needed on our house so I sent a email since it was the weekend and they were closed. Brodie responded back to my email and said he’d call Monday morning which he did. I needed something done quickly since we are in the process of doing some exterior painting and landscaping and he came out and did the job two days later. Not only did he remove the eyesore on the side of our house but the whole house looks great and you can tell he did the garage door as well what a difference. The price was very reasonable and my only regret is that I didn’t tip him. I highly recommend him and his company they did a great job and he definitely met my expectations and I’d now say even exceeded them.

I contaced Brodie to pressure wash our two story home. He provided excellent customer service and did an amazing job cleaning our house. I would highly recommmend Squid's.

I honestly was disappointed with their services. I have a white vinyl house that just needed to a good wash to brighten up the look - They came and did a test spot to prove what their cleaning abilities are. The test spot went well, but when it came to cleaning my home, all they had were excuses of why it won't come clean. And when i asked Brodie (the owner) to come back out and review, he said he didn't have time! And furthermore - HE THREATENED TO PUT A MECHANICS LIEN ON MY HOUSE "WOW". So not only did they not perform their job as they said they would, we are just a quick dollar to be made.. So now i have paid them $299 to avoid having my name ran through the mud, I still have a dirty house.. Go figure - good luck to other end users!

Brodie is the real deal. Such a pleasure to work with someone who takes tremendous pride in their work. He was professional, on time, and the house and kool deck look terrific! He doesn't pressure wash. Uses an organic liquid that works like magic. Couldn't be happier!

Brodie gave an estimate that was reasonable. He showed up when promised and worked diligently through the process. Our house had not been cleaned in 7 years (or more for all I know) and he got it looking fresh & clean. I am very satisfied with the results. I highly recommend his services.
