We were VERY pleased. Todd came to our house about an hour after we called, even though we called late in the evening (about 10:00pm). After vacuuming up the water, he set up blowers to "float" the carpet to aid in drying out the pad and the carpet itself. He said it would take about 6 days to completely dry everything out. He came back every couple of days to test the pad and carpet for moisture, the concern being that the pad wouldn't dry out and would start to smell, in which case he would remove the pad and look at replacing it. Luckily, the pad and carpet dried well. Todd tacked the carpet back down and retested the wall for moisture before leaving. The room looked as good as it had before the broken pipe. We were impressed at how fast Todd responded to our call.
Description of Work: We had a pipe freeze and break in our basement. Water had completely soaked our carpet and pad in a guest bedroom in that corner of the house. Todd from Spectrum came to our house and vacuumed up the water and set up blowers and dehumidifiers to get rid of the water.
