It went smoothly and without any issues. When Russ said we had to remove the toilet from the downstairs bathroom and go through that drain I thought, "oh boy, here we go." Russ had no issues removing the toilet, snaking the drain, replacing the toilet, and cleaning up. Keep in mind, it was a tight space to work from and the snake machine wouldn't even fit inside the bathroom. Professional and courteous. Will definitely be the first person we call for plumbing issues.

We chose Russ as our plumber because he was the person that our house's seller was using. When we were going to purchase our house, there were plumbing questions because the pipes had frozen and burst. After we purchased the house, we called on Russ to help us with the plumbing repairs. He is a general contractor, and was able to help us prepare the house for move-in since we were in another state. Russ ripped our all of our carpet and padding (a lot of it) to expose the hardwood floors. Russ also made himself available to let in a cleaning crew while we were still out of state. We would definitely use him again. A+

Russ is a one-man show, and when we called he just happened to have a couple of hours available so he came right over. I had purchased new trim kits for our Delta faucets for two showers as we replaced the shower heads that had a new/different finish. However, I couldn't get the old trim pieces off to replace them -- they were corroded and had been there for 20 years. Also, I had no idea about how to install the replacement tub spout. I had put off this task until one of the faucets began to leak (we couldn't get it to shut off completely, dribbled). I watched Russ closely as he performed this work, and he clearly had worked on Delta faucets many times before. He installed faucet repair kits and the new trim on both shower faucets. This fixed the one that wouldn't shut off completely and I suspect due to age it was the right thing to do on the 2nd one as well. The tub spout was also stubborn ... it just didn't want to come off, but using several tricks of the trade it was no problem for him. He was here about 1.5 hours. There was no time wasted -- the bulk of the time was spent in removal of the corroded old parts. After watching him, there is *absolutely no way* I would have ever been successful doing this on my own. Several processes reminded me of the old "MacGyver" TV show. He had the shower faucet repair kits on his truck. I could have gotten them for less than his charge but was glad to pay for the convenience of getting this done at the same time.
