+ -1 moreTILE ROOF LEAK - AGAIN . Called listed company used before. BID was $6,775. OUCH-- .Mr. Soper cleaned the U shaped part of gutter. No leak after several days of rain - NO BILL. Had him walk the entire roof - minor repairs plus repaired a leaking window.

+ -1 moreDoug inspected our roof and informed us that the roof was deteriorating. Our insurance adjuster advised that a new roof was needed, not just repairs, and Doug agreed. He was very careful to pick a time when the weather was favorable so as not to leave us "uncovered". His men arrived exactly when they said they would. They brought a dumpster for the parts as they were being removed, and they were very careful as they went about their work not to leave any kind of debris. They were careful concerning the landscaping and were good about cleaning up when they left for the day. At the end of the job, they checked yard and landscaping very carefully to be sure there were no nails or debris left. The roof looks attractive and is exactly as we wanted and expected.
