Prince Professional Window Cleaning

He broke three windows and scratched up two. He told me about the first and then I found the others. H admitted to them at first and said he would fix them. When he was about to leave he said he was going to have to file a claim with his insurance. I said ok. After waiting a couple weeks and hearing nothing I called him and he said the insurance should have contacted me. After another week I called again with no new news. Then I got a letter in the mail from his insurance saying he is not insured for these things. (So he is a window cleaner not insured for the damage he does to windows. So saying he is insured is not true.) I asked him what the next steps were and he started telling me that he didn't believe he did the damage and that he wasn't going to pay for the full thing. He was going to pay for 3 of the windows. He 100% did do the damage, especially two of the windows which are in front of my kitchen sink that I look out every day and saw from one minute to the next after the windows were clean that he scratched them up. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!

Tyler gave us a quote the first time here, about a year ago. This very reasonable price has remained the same each time. He makes an appointment to come over, and gets here on time. He is very conscientious about protecting floors and walls from drips. Even though he works very quickly and completes the work in very little time, when he's done the windows have no streaks inside or out. He's very professional and an extremely personable young man. I would definitely recommend Tyler for home and business window cleaning.

Tyler was FANTASTIC. I had a Groupon for 150 feet of gutter cleaning and cleaning of 20 windows. He had a wonderful attitude, and came on a Sunday since we were listing our house on Monday and HE wanted our windows as clean as possible for photos and showings. He did an amazing job on the gutters and windows, and our house has never looked so great! I will definitely use him in the future - particularly as our new house has twice as many windows and gutters! :)

Tyler is very professional. He does and excellent job and double checks all his work. He lays a drop cloth to make sure he protects the floors. We have extra large windows overlooking a forested area and when he was done it was like being outdoors. He removed all old hard water deposits and even scraped paint off where it had dripped on the windows. I will definitely used Prince Professional Window Cleaning on a regular basis and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone wanting their windows really clean.
