Description of Work: Services Performed: Home and Termite Inspections | |Our experience with Premier was great overall. We booked online, with Inspector John. We received prompt confirmation and even a text message the day of as a reminder. | |John arrived early, and seemed to do a very good inspection. This is our first home, so I have no base of comparison but he seemed to do a great job. He gave us lots of helpful advice throughout the process, such as where all of our different shut off valves were and what they went to. | |I did some homework before selecting Premier. I read through their sample report online, which seemed very detailed. Our report turned out the same way. Additionally, John and the other Inspector are both ASHI certified, licensed to inspect for termites, and fully insured. They even provide an extra service, free of charge, in which they enroll your appliances in a monitoring program which will alert you to any recalls. | |I would definitely hire Premier again. |

Provided pictures of areas that required attention which really helped to show exactly what needed to be done. Also, the report was broken down in to what needed immediate attention, what needed to be fixed eventually and what needed to be watched. Very pleased with this service. Will recommend and use again.

 + -1 moreI have worked with them twice. I had the same inspector Mark Pence. He is very good at what he both. He was both thorough and an educator. He not only told us what was wrong, but what needed to be done to fix. He saved us from making a very a bad decision, which would have been very expensive. He is a very knowledgeable inspector. he is the only I go to.
