Engle Home Team

My husband and I saw a home listed on the internet and called the listing agents Bob & his wife Joy Engle from Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate. The agreed to show us the home and we there right on time. They both were so polite and friendly. They gave us space as we looked around. The homeowners actually left a vehicle with keys for us to drive around the property as it has 33 acres. Bob & Joy had prepared a spiral bound packet of information about the house, including a map of the land, the different type of trees on the land and many other details about the home. Once we looked at the grounds, we then went to the kitchen and they provided us with a folder. Inside the folder was a packet of information about buying a home. They reviewed the information and ensured we understood the content. They went over and above to make us feel comfortable with the process. When I was a first time home buyer, I had no guidance and made many mistakes. I wish I had used their services when I was a first time home buyer. I believe they would have walked me thru each step and ensured that we understood everything. We would highly recommend them for a first time home buyer. Bob & Joy were a pleasure. While my husband and I decided to stay in our current home, we would use them if/when we decide to begin our search again.
