COMPLETE HOME MANAGEMENT

I purchased a Groupon for 2 hours of residential cleaning services (normal advertised price is $170). I called six times over the course of two weeks to try and schedule an appointment and never got a call back. I even indicated that I was looking to potentially sign into a regular contract if the service and prices were satisfactory. They must have known something I didn't. The Groupon since expired and though many featured businesses will honor a Groupon after the expiration, the fact that I could not get a hold of anyone at the company did not inspire a lot of confidence that even this would ever happen.Groupon gave me credit for what I had spent with them so maybe in the future I can find a cleaning service that WILL return my call. I will never use this company for any of their services.

I hired this firm through a Groupon promotion. They were overwhelmed with calls, so had to book it way out. They did honor the groupon, even though it was after the expiration date, as long as it was scheduled. The owner was very cooperative on the phone and setting things up. He would not allocate more time that day as they had other jobs. There was a lot of drywall dust to clean up due to a closet expansion in the master bedroom and hallway. The crew arrived late. They were courteous, but only got 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, and the hallway cleaned. That left the whole rest of the house untouched. The owner of the company said they had to re-clean the same areas as their vacuum didn't have a heppa filter and the dust kept re-settling. (I was unable to be there due to work...had a friend let them in). No one called and told me that they were re-cleaning the same rooms over and over (yeah, right). When i was able to inspect the house, the cleaning of the 3 rooms and hallway was just so-so. Same with the 1 bathroom. I felt really cheated. I wrote the company owner asking for some restitution, He called, apologized, and then began telling me over and over what the situation was, and how dirty the house was and the crew did all they could do. I asked him when did he ever go see it? He said he didn't, but believed his crew. He had the nerve to tell me that they really did over $220.00 worth of work. I asked him if he ever spent $220.00 to clean 1/3 of his house. He didn't answer. I think this is a new company. It's set up like it's a big office, with several mailboxesfrom the voicemail system, but it's pretty clear that it's a 1 man and his crew show after calling over 15 times trying to reach someone. As long as this guy doesn't inspect the work and believes his crew, he doesn't stand a chance. Don't waste your money. Way overpriced, hard to reach, and not willing to make things right when his people don't do the work.
