I am very impressed with Complete Appliance Protection. First, they are very friendly when you call in and everything is just easy. They let you use your own vendor (I like that because I know who is good in the area and who is not), there is no deductible, and CP is good about paying for the reimbursement. After I pay the vendor, CPs check comes in within a week. And if the product is broken, they will give you money towards a new appliance. I like CP because there is NO BS, compared to all the other warranty companies with their "hidden disclaimers." I would recommend CP to anyone, don't even think about it, just sign up!

Our old washing machine died, and because we carry the whole house protection plan, we were able to file a claim to receive partial reimbursement towards the purchase of a new washer. They were very friendly when we called them on the phone to explain the situation, and we always get a live person to talk to.

Our furnace died in the middle of winter (when else?), but we were lucky that we had a home warranty with CAP. The service was totally covered with no deductible. When we couldn't find a company to come out the same day from the initial list of companies they gave us, they were more than willing to find someone else for us. We ended up getting our furnace fixed the same day and within hours. The technician who came by said he only home warranty-related work with CAP because of how good they are with the other end of things - I believe him!

Everything went perfectly. After contacting Complete Protection the well company was able to contact them with a claim number. I paid the balance that was not covered by the home warranty and the only other contact I had with CP was to mail a copy of the invoice from the well company. I would highly recommend CP to anyone in the market for a home warranty.

I had to use this provider several times, each time when I called they would say we do not have a service provider in that area you need to call someone and we will reimburse you. Once I would contact a service provider they would say yes we use complete appliance. When I would get the estimate I got the same response we will give you x amount (which is always the same amount)and you will need to pay the rest. I did all the work paid the entire amount and got nothing in return. I would not use this company in the future. . There are better deals out there. .

We have used them twice -- once for a chipped microwave carousel that had an enlarging crack (we had priced a new one at $75 and they replaced it for free) and yesterday for a water heater that would not ignite after the gas was turned off and back on during construction (needed a new ignition kit, which they replaced for freee). In both cases, we received same-day service and were very pleased with the companies they used. I've heard a lot of complaints about other home warranties (taking days to get service, etc.), but I've been very pleased with this one.

With Compkete Appliance Protection there is no added cost. I pay a small monthly fee to Complete Appliance Protection and I pay nothing when the technician comes to fix my appliance. The is a great savings for me. The companies that Complete Appliance Protection have contracts with have all been courteous professional and prompt with fixing my problem.

This company is excellent. After having the usual problems with other home warranty companies, I joined Complete Appliance Protection in 2012. I first contacted them when my washing machine began to leak and again when my self-cleaning oven's door wouldn't open after the cleaning process. On both occasions, they were very professional, courteous, and more importantly, provided me with great referrals. They offer several protection plans which gives the consumer more than the usual number of choices in coverage. I have great confidence in this company and highly recommend them.

It went very well. I've had this type of service in the past and I ended my contract because I always had to find the service provider and then submit forms to be reimbursed by the warranty company. It's very different with Complete Protection. I called them and received an authorization code and number to a local service provider. I called the provider, gave them the number and was scheduled for service. The provider, by the way, was great. They were very nice, quite prompt in getting out to see us and they were quickly able to diagnose the problems. Obviously, this reflects well on Complete Protection since they selected the provider. All I had to do was sign the work form once the job was done to my satisfaction and it was. We do pay a monthly fee to this protection, but it is very reasonable given the amount of appliances and systems it covers. Like anyone else, I don't like to pay for protection I may never need, but the peace of mind I get from knowing that Complete Protection will help me if I need it is worth the expense.

It went very well. It's easier that the technician explains to Complete Appliance whats required and the cost, which he did. In this case the furnace broke in the evening, I was happy that Complete Appliance is open 24 hours to take my call. Once you have an item repaired you cannot remove it from your insurance package but otherwise they are very good to work with, explained things well in the beginning.

The houses on my street were all built in 2010. Recently four of my neighbors needed to repair and/or replace several of their large appliances. To avoid the same expenses I started looking for home warranty companies and was very impressed with the reviews for CAP. I contacted them and selected a package that for only $60.00 a month covers all of my major appliances (washer, dryer, refrigerator), the electrical wiring, the inbound water pipes, and the water heater. Fortunately for me I had the warranty because a mere 15 days after the effective date my dryer stopped working! I called CAP and they gave me an authorization number and the name and telephone number of an appliance repair company in my area: no hassles, no excuses, no delays?great service! I called the repair company and they sent someone out the very next day. So not only is CAP responsive, it appears that the companies with which they work also show the same level of professionalism. By the way, the appliance repair company also commented on how easy it is for them to work with CAP! I am so happy with CAP.

They were unconcern and did not complete the work properly..Never again will I use them..

I originally read the reviews about Complete Appliance Protection and after had such horrible experiences with large (well known) home warranty companies, I thought I would give them a try...so glad I did! I purchased their protection plan with zero dollar deductible for both rental homes. After having the warranty only a few months, the washing machine in one of the homes started to leak and ultimately break down completely. CP sent a reputable company out immediately, and within a few days, I was told as the machine was not repairable that I would be reimbursed the scheduled amount for the replacement. I ordered the new washing machine from Home Depot, and received the check within a short amount of time. I cannot remember a company that has ever acted so swiftly, whose staff is courteous and professional, and truly wants to resolve the issue at hand. I highly recommend Complete Appliance Protection, a company that takes care of their customers!!

CAP is always very responsive, and I have been very pleased with their customer service. I call them when something is wrong with an appliance, and they take care of the rest. It is even set up so my tenants can call directly, saving me time. The downside to this is it becomes difficult for me to track repairs since I do not always receive paperwork -- as an absentee landlord a nice feature would be a yearly summary of the service visits that CAP authorized.

We used them in the summer when our air conditioner stopped working, and they had it fixed the next day. Today our water heater stopped working and they answered-on a late Saturday afternoon-and got us help. Have recommended to all of our friends. They are fantastic!

We are very pleased with Complete Appliance Protection's service as for our home warranty needs. They are very responsive, are deductible free, and provide a list of reliable repair companies for all of our household needs. We have had them for almost 8 years now and would not consider switching to another home warranty company.

The part was ordered in December, the holidays delayed the delivery but when I called the repair service, he had already checked on the delay and found out what had happened. The part came in a few days later and appointment was set up to install. Installation was smooth and in the process, the microwave light was found to be unplugged so the repairman fixed that and saved us buying an unnecessary $25 bulb. Mr. Huff of Techno Appliance Repair was polite, efficient and easy to work with during the process.

When my dishwasher broke, I called Complete Appliance Protection, as I was fairly confident from reading my policy that my dishwasher was covered, although I was still hesitant having purchased home warranties before and the outcome for service calls was that the particular issue was never covered. Complete Appliance Protection referred me to G.& W. Whims Appliance promptly who was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. Although it required a part to be ordered and the repairman had to return several days later to finish the job, I was pleasantly surprised that what would have been a $185 repair was fully covered and directly billed to Complete Appliance Protection.

CAP is a terrific service. First of all, a PERSON answers the phone 24/7. They are friendly and extremely helpful. They referred me to stellar companies, both of which will be my go-to companies in the future. They fully covered the repairs I needed. Each trade that has been here has confirmed to me that CAP is the best to work with. Most recently, my furnace went out in the evening. Without hesitation, they approved emergency overtime so that my furnace could be repaired immediately (I live in Michigan). I have been with other protection companies, but CAP has been the best. They are the perfect "Peace of Mind" company.

Unfortunately, I cannot remember the exact date of service. However, I had a great experience with CP. I thought my furnace had gave out on me. Before calling CP, I had at least 5 company come in to give me a quote. They all said it needed to be replaced. The last company that came out noticed that a wire was disconnected. Hmmm... Who might have done that? Well, after he connected it, the next day the furnace started working again. Well, it stopped once again. I called CP to have them send a technician. They quickly provided me with two different companies to choose from. I tried one of them but never received a phone call back. I then called the second and they immediately offered me date of service that worked best for my schedule. The quality of service received from that company was A+. The tech needed some assistance from CP to verify authorization, check on coverage of a part, and other information. I over heard the person from CP asking the tech if he had checked a particular area of the furnace and he had not. This actually helped me saved thousands of dollars. Needless to say, my furnace is working.

You pay an xtra $5 a mth and ur renter can call them for anything they need. (I live in another country so for me this is very convenient). CAP have a fixed replacement amount - whatever they cannot fix (or is not worth fixing) they will give you a fixed amount. I suspected this might be the case with my refregerator that is why I chose them. They gave me $400 towards a new fridge. No haggling, no arguing, no calling. Just one visit then a check. Nice and easy. By the way you cannot use them for the first month - maybe that is the norm.

When we bought our home, the previous owner purchased a warranty for us that covered our home. We understood that it covered only one furnace, but we were never given the option to choose which one. Our upstairs unit went out and we contacted this company and they said that it defaults to the main unit, so the upstairs unit is not covered. This is very typical of the things we have heard of other home warranty companies, and should have known better than to purchase this... When asked to provide a document showing what we signed/agreed to, they couldnt provide anything and said that our "welcome packet" stated that, which we never received. We have filed a BBB compliant and given that my wife is an attorney, we are in the process of filing a civil complaint in small claims court. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They are a great Home Warranty provider to deal with. Always answer the phone, provide information, and can even select your own repair if they will accept the warranty plan. Highly Reccommend!

No services were performed, I only called them to inquire about their home warranty plan. The person I spoke to was very polite and sent me literature to review.

I've had experiences with several Home Warranty companies, and Complete Protection is far and away the best for two main reasons: - They are extremely responsive and everyone that answers the phone (no IVR here) is empowered to help. - Their network of repair shops is of much higher quality than those used by other warranty providers. In one instance, neither of the local refrigeration repair shops could (would?) come out to repair a high-end wine fridge. CP said to choose a manufacturer authorized repair provider on my own. After speaking with the tech to get a diagnosis, they approved the repair and I was on my way.
