Description of Work: We obtained a homeowners warranty from them. When our furnace died our fourth day in the new house, they reimbursed us the cost of the emergency technician's visit, and after corresponding with the servicing company, agreed to make the payout in the the amount corresponding to the payment for replacement of a furnace. No complaints!

Description of Work: refrigerator- did not repair red light still on indicating time to change the filter. I changed the filter but re light stayed on. |dryer- they could not find the problem were sometimes the it worked sometimes not.

Description of Work: This is an "insurance" type of coverage for your home appliances, electrical, plumbing, etc. Call them and they will authorize your repair--the good part about this company is that YOU get to call your own provider; they will pay them or reimburse you , and no copays. They've been great.

Description of Work: AC condenser went out. I called CAP & they gave me the names of 2 legit companies to call. I called the first one & the man showed up, fixed the repair & even saved me $$$ because another company gave me a false estimate ( meaning: what they said needed to be repaired indeed did not).

Description of Work: Very good and the opposite of all the ripoff home warranty companies out there. Their price is a bit high, $600 per year, but worth it if anything breaks as they will honor the deal, not try and scam their way out of it. Good, solid company. Wish they insured other aspects of plumbing, not just the water heater.
